ACCESSThe Eden Boutique SPA is located in the Medusa park Hotel & Boutique SPA, in the area behind the swimming pool.

FACILITIES After checking in at the SPA reception, you can take advantage of all the facilities in the “humid area” located on the lower park of La Medusa HoteL , including a panoramic sauna with stunning park view, steam bath, emotional showers and the relaxation lounge with refreshments.

These facilities are unisex therefore swimwear is required at all times.

The access is limited to maintain a relaxing environment.

If you would like to enjoy the facilities at a specific time, we suggest you make areservation.

CHILDREN’S POLICY IChildren are not admitted in the SPA, even when accompanied by an adult. Our selection of treatments are available to guests aged 16 and over.T

TREATMENTSAll treatments at the SPA are specifically designed to meet your needs on the day, every treatment offers a truly unique experience. Our therapists have been trained to the highest standards, ensuring you can enjoy an exceptional spa retreat in secluded luxury.

ARRIVAL TIMEPlease allow sufficient time before your treatmentto complete the SPA consultation and to enjoy the facilities.

We recommend you arrive up to 20 minutes before your treatment so you can get changed. Please be advisedthat late arrivals will result in a reduction oftreatment time.

CANCELLATION POLICYA 100% charge will be incurred for any treatment not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.

SPA ETIQUETTEEden Boutique SPA environment is one of relaxation and tranquillity. Please respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity. In light of this, the Eden SPA is smoke free zone.

WHAT TO BRINGThe Eden SPA provides luxurious towels, robes and slippers as well as any amenities required duringyour visit to the spa. Please bring your own swimwear for the swimming pool.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND VALUABLES GLockers are provided for your belongings. Please remove all jewellery before visiting the SPA.
