Together, we’ll focus on your goals and vision as

you find yourself re-energised and ready for the

year ahead. Of course, it isn’t all work. There will

be plenty of fun and play planned as well.

The gorgeous Rydges Esplanade Resort Cairns

will be our home for the weekend. Here, you’ll

experience breathtaking views of the Coral Sea,

the tropical mountains or Cairns City from your

own private balcony in one of the guest rooms.

The resort offers unparalleled amenities, including

three superb resort swimming pools, two tennis

courts, a complete health and fitness centre and a

spa. Relax on site or plan to spend additional time

exploring this tropical oasis. Located conveniently

on the Esplanade, the resort is within walking

distance of a variety of brilliant cafes, bustling

markets and beaches.

However you choose to spend your free time on

Friday, please plan on being back in time to enjoy

our Welcome Party Friday night. This poolside

event is the perfect way to relax and ease into our

weekend. Then, on Saturday, enjoy first-class

leadership training and plenty of opportunities to

connect with and learn from fellow leaders in the

field. Our time together concludes with our

Farewell Dinner at the scenic Cairns Aquarium,

only a short walk from our resort. This captivating

venue allows us to dine surrounded by the beauty

and majesty of the Great Barrier Reef.

Being in the tropics, comfort is the priority. Our

attire should be “smart casual” for the weekend.

Our annual Sapphire Leaders Retreat promises to

Attractions & Activities in CairnsKnown as the gateway to the Tropical North Queensland, Cairns is approximately 1,700 km north of Brisbane and 2,500 km north of Sydney. The resort is in an ideal location, overlooking the ocean out to the Great Barrier Reef. A short walk along the Esplanade leads you to the Cairns night markets and the lagoon.

Resort DiningCoral Hedge Brasserie Restaurant & Bar, known as CHB to the locals, is open seven days a week and offers breakfast, lunch and dinner.• A sumptuous buffet breakfast is available from

6-10 a.m. daily, with lighter a la carte optionsalso available.

• Lunch is available daily from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Inthe afternoons (3-6 p.m.), enjoy a range of tapasat the bar.

• A la carte dining is available for dinner seven days aweek, from 6-9 p.m.

Beach Swimming Cairns, Australia, is one of the stepping-off points for snorkeling the Great Barrier Reef, but there isn’t actually a beach in downtown Cairns. Instead, you’ll find a pretty Esplanade walkway and a narrow strip of sand. However, this busy estuary is known for its saltwater crocodiles and jellyfish. Instead, we recommend a drive north of Cairns, where you’ll find plenty of beautiful beaches between central Cairns and Port Douglas (many with stinger nets). You can also opt for the safe waters of Cairns Esplanade Lagoon, Muddy’s Playground or Sugarworld Adventure Park. Cairns also boasts numerous freshwater swimming holes and waterfalls.

TERMS & CONDITIONS1. Eligible Sapphire Executives and above must be registered in the Australia, New Zealand or Fiji marketsand must have reached the rank of a new Sapphire Executive from 1 June 2019 to 31 May 2020, or must bea Sapphire Executive or above with 60 Travel Points or 50 cycles or more between 1 March 2020 and 31May 2020 to receive an invitation to attend.

2. Invitations are either for one person, which is a single-share ticket, or two people, which is a twin-shareticket. For single-share tickets, Jeunesse will assign another Distributor to be your roommate. For twin-share, you’ll be assigned a private room to share with a guest of your choice.

3. Accommodations are for two nights; arriving Friday, 31 July 2020 and departing Sunday, 2 Aug. 2020.

4. Distributors earning fewer than 110 Travel Points or 150 cycles in the incentive must room-share andwill not be eligible to bring a guest. You’ll be assigned a shared room with another Distributor or, uponregistration, you may request to share with another qualified Distributor.

5. Distributors earning between 110-159 Travel Points or 150-249 cycles have the option to buy out a resortroom at $400 AUD and either bring a guest or opt to have a private room.

6. All Distributors earning 160 Travel Points or 250 cycles or more will have full event costs covered fortwo people. You may bring a guest of your choice or elect to have a private room.

7. All new Sapphire Executives advancing between 1 June 2019 to 31 May 2020 automatically qualifyto attend on a room-share basis without the need for Travel Points. New Sapphire Executives earningbetween 60-109 Travel Points or 50-149 cycles can bring a guest for the supplementary cost of $400AUD. New Sapphire Executives earning between 110-159 Travel Points or 150-249 cycles can bring a guestfor free and share a room.

8. Return flights and transportation arrangements are the responsibility of the Distributor.

9. Distributorships must be active and in good standing with the company to participate.

10. Trip earners who RSVP and then cancel within 31 days of the retreat start date commit to pay forreservations that are not cancelled or recovered. These funds will be deducted from the trip earner’sWallet in Joffice™, either in one payment or via installments. Trip earners who RSVP and then cancelwithin 15 days of the retreat start date are responsible for the full cost of the trip, including groundtransportation, accommodations, meals, amenities, gifts, prizes and activities. Funds will be deducted

from trip earner’s Wallet in Joffice, either in one payment or via installments. Should your Distributorship be deactivated at any point in the process, Jeunesse will bill you for the full amount.

11. This event is strictly nontransferable and nonrefundable. Any Distributor who has not qualified forthis retreat and attempts to attend in place of a qualified Distributor who is not attending will not beauthorised to take part in activities related to this event and will be asked to find and pay for alternativeaccommodations directly with the property.

12. If you bring an extra guest(s) without first gaining approval from an event organiser, you will becharged additional costs upon arrival, including but not limited to: the cost of any ground transportation,accommodations, meals, amenities, gifts, prizes and activities. Guests who are previously unregistered willonly be accommodated based on hotel availability. Should there be no availability, you/your guest(s) will beresponsible for finding alternate accommodations.

13. Children are not permitted to attend the dinners arranged by Jeunesse or the conference.

14. Should you request to bring additional guests beyond those you’ve qualified for, we must first ensureall qualified Jeunesse Distributors have rooms. We will inform you of resort availability beginning 10 June2020. At this point, should we be able to accommodate your request, we will contact you and let you knowof any extra costs. Please do not make any travel arrangements for your guest(s) until you have receivedconfirmation from Louise Corran, Australasia Events & Marketing Manager. These charges will need to be paidto Jeunesse upfront, upon confirmation, via credit card or bank transfer. If payment is not received withinthree days, the booking will be cancelled.

15. Event registration includes the following:• Two night’s accommodations in shared hotel room with Distributor or qualified guest• Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, served in the restaurant• Welcome reception cocktail party on Friday night• Farewell dinner on Saturday night• Full-day conference with lunch on Saturday
