Farewells and Goodbyes Greetings! Here are just a few things that happened last month.

On January 8th we had a wonderful service at our sending church, Tabernacle Baptist Church. It was a very nice send-off service with many friends and family members in attendance. The church ordained me for the ministry and we finished a great Missions Conference. On the 29th I closed out our missions month at our church. It was a sweet time with our church family and they spoiled us even more. We love our church!

An offer was made on our house! This is a blessing. We are currently in negotiations and would ask that each of you keep on praying for the sale to go through. God knows what we need!

Lastly, as previously mentioned, our church saw fit to ordain me for the ministry. We want to take the time to thank each one of you for your phone calls, letters, and gifts that helped commemorate this day. It made the day a sobering experience that we will always remember for years to come. We also want to thank each of those pastors that were able to get away from there respective churches for the evening and be there for us. So many more wanted to be there we know. God bless you!

Future Plans

We will be departing from Louisville, KY Airport on the 27th of February. That is in just a few short days! We will be living on the main Island of Puerto Rico with friends for as long as it takes to secure a vehicle and find a place to live on Vieques.
