Font: Size and QuantityFont: Size and Quantity This is size 18 font. This is much too small. When you
use a small font size, you are able to fit a lot of words on each slide, however, this is not the POINT of PowerPoint. When using PowerPoint, one ought to be using bulleted short form notes, paragraphs.
Are you having difficulty reading these notes, or paying attention? Does it seem like there is too much information crammed onto one slide? Imagine if this were your presentation - do you think your classmates would follow along, or get easily distracted and bored? Sometimes people think that this looks like they have done a lot of research, but it just makes their presentation uninteresting. PowerPoint is meant to be clear and concise, let’s keep it
that way!

TransitionsTransitions
Are animations that are used to move from one slide to the next.
Using a different transition for each slide is very confusing
Having notes slide in one letter at a time is very annoying. Don’t do it!
Less is more!

Graphics/ Background
Text that appears on top of graphicsis confusing to read. Depending on thecolour of your picture and the colour ofyour font, the text may be nearly impossible to read when done this way.when using graphics, it is best to use a slide layout that enables you to place text above, below, or next to graphics. graphics should also match the themeof your presentation.
GraphicsGraphics Text placed next to graphics is a nice layout.
Pictures are related to the topic , therefore good to use in this presentation.
