1) The terms “Fly ash” means and includesash generated at Thermal Powerash, bottom ash, pond ash and moundthe ashes.

2) Thermal Powers stations would be free to sell fly ash to the user agencies subject to the following conditions:

i) The Pond ash should be made available free of any charge. ii) At least 20% of dry ESP fly ash shall be made available free of charge to SSI on

priority basis. The balance quantity can be sold or disposed of by the Power Station as may be possible.

5. ASH UTILIZATION INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT
