I. College photo identity card for fresh graduates. Fresh graduates would mean up to 12 months from the date of graduation. This to be mandatorily supported by any one of (A. Hall Ticket OR (B. Mark sheet of the college OR (C. Bonafide certificate from college. Copy of appointment letter of the employee (Appointment letter here would mean employment contract/employment letter. to be additionally attached for all cases where college photo identity card is provided as an identity proof.
ii. Copy of ITI (Industrial Training Institutes. card for those who are fresh pass-outs. Fresh pass-outs would mean not more than 12 months from the date of final exam of ITI. This supported by a. Hall ticket Or b. Mark sheet OR (c. Passing Certificate of the college OR (d. All employees of Wipro are eligible for 21 days of Annual Leaves. Annual leave is calculated for a period of one Calendar year. Employee leaves are prorated in the year of joining. During probation, leaves are accrued to the employee , but can be availed once they are confirmed. An employee on probation can avail up to 5 days of emergency leave in exceptional situations.Leaves cannot be taken in advance.

All employees of the company are eligible for 05 days Sick leave. Sick leave is calculated for a period of one calendar year. Excess sick leave beyond 5 days in a year will be deducted from Annual Leave Balance.In your first year with Wipro BPO, the pro-rated 'year' for leave calculation is from the date of joining to December 31 of the year of joining.
What is my Sick Leave entitlement?2.
As explained during the HR interview process, you cannot apply for a leave in the first 6 months from your date of Joining. Thus, you are required to join only after you are free from all commitments.

You can avail Examination leaves after your training period is over. These leaves have to planned and applied for well in advance.

Pay
Your salary would have 2 basic components, fixed and variable. The fixed component is the CTC (Cost to Company) and the variable component includes Attendance Incentive and PBPP (Process Based Performance Pay).
Attendance Incentive is paid as per below mentioned slab and will be based on adherence to Daily shift and Roster timings.
Upon successful of your probation, the employee will be eligible for a pay out of Rs. 9000 (Nine Thousand Only) as a onetime lumpsum amount which will be paid with the consecutive months salary provided the employee is on active duties of the organization on the day of pay out.
