W e started February off right with a Groundhogs Day buffet. Joey made omelets to order in the Bistro and we had doughnuts, yogurt, fresh fruit and cereal. And we announced the prediction of the groundhog . . . an early spring it is! We also learned the history of Groundhogs Day.

Our Super bowl party was a blast! We had chips and dip, a cheese & cracker plate, chicken wings, and a won-derful, delightful cookie tray.
