MIKE BAIER Manager, IT Security and Risk ManagementMike Baier leads Takeda’s Third Party Risk Management team with focuses on information risk, privacy, and disaster recovery. With Mike’s diverse professional background bridging multiple industries over the past 20 years he is a known thought leader within the life sciences industry and invests his little spare time coaching and mentoring individuals and small/mid-sized companies on the intricacies of information risk management as well as multiple charitable efforts focusing on the veteran community.

He has held various positions working for many Fortune 500 companies such as Anderson Consulting, Tenneco Automotive, Pactiv, ABN Amro, Zurich Insurance, and now manages Third Party Security Evaluation team for AbbVie Inc. Paul’s background is in IT Security, Infrastructure, Systems Architecture and for the last 10 years Paul has been leading Third Party Supplier Evaluation programs previously at Zurich North America and currently at AbbVie.

JOSEPH DOMINGUEZ President and Co-owner Dunham Insurance was founded in 1997 to serve the Florida property and casualty insurance market. Joseph Dominguez joined the team in 2003. In 5 years, through his outstanding dedication, sales and work ethic, he quickly rose to the position of Vice President. At that point he brought the company into the national market and began writing policies for customers in all 50 states. In 2017 he became President and in 2018 became co-owner of the company.Onedayin2012heopenedhisPCtofindablackscreenwithanominousnotethathisPC was being held hostage. The PC was completely useless. He was not able to access anything. The note demanded $1000 to restore access. On the screen there was a countdown clock and every 2 hours the ransom doubled.

That situation led Joseph to become fascinated by Cyber Crime and he began reading all that he could about it. The next year one of the National Insurance carriers asked him to add their new Cyber Insurance product to his portfolio. In doing so he became enthralled by the complexity and immensity of the Cyber threat.He began writing articles and blogs about Cyber Security and giving talks to the local chambers of commerce on the importance of their members being Cyber aware and protecting their businesses by introducing them to Cyber Insurance. In 2019 he launched CYBER GUARD, a new division of Dunham Insurance that is devoted strictly to Cyber Insurance. LATONYA FOURTE-LYLES Senior Manager of Corporate Supplier Diversity for Health Care Service CorporationLaTonya Fourte’-Lyles is a strong proponent of the inclusion and promotion of diversity within the supply chain process. As the Senior Manager of Corporate Supplier Diversity for Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC), LaTonya champions this effort by maximizing procurement opportunities for minority-owned, women-owned and other diverse-owned businesses. The mission of this program entails proactively seeking qualifiedandcompetitivesuppliers, topartner increatingcosteffectiveandefficientbusiness solutions for HCSC.Prior to joining HCSC LaTonya worked for a short stint as a public servant for the City of Chicago managing the M/WBE and EEO program commitments for city contracts. Although, LaTonya was afforded a great learning experience working in the public sector most of her experience was obtained in the private sector with AT&T.

LaTonya sits on several boards, many of which are dedicated to creating opportunities for individuals in diverse populations. LaTonya also spent more than a decade in the telecommunications industry and it is there were she honed her skills in Project/Program Management, Training and Development, Methods and Procedures Documentation, System Administration and Change Management. During the course of LaTonya’s career she has been presented with many challenging opportunities including relocating to Fort Worth, TX to work on merger and acquisition initiatives directly related to centralizing credit and collections operations across four regions.LaTonya holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Professional Psychology.
