Rapid Response Support

RoadMap has created a Rapid Response fund that will allow us to provide crisis management support to social justice organizations facing active opposition attacks

What We Can Provide:

• Help with assessing the situation • Guidance on immediate steps to protect

individuals and your organization • Crisis communications strategy and

implementation • Digital security advice and interventions

• Coaching leadership in managing the crisis • Crisis management tools and resources, including

the Weathering the Storms Crisis Preparedness and Response Toolkit

• Crisis Coaching during or after the crisis(es) to deal with emotional issues/trauma

What We Can Provide:

• Legal counsel • Private investigators • Deeper digital forensics

What We DO NOT Provide: (though we may be able to make referrals)

• All Rapid Response requests will be considered on a first-come first-served basis.

• Thanks to the revolving fund, organizations who receive RoadMap Rapid Response support can work with consultants at no initial cost.

• Once the crisis has been resolved, RoadMap will work with your organization to see if you can directly contribute to replenish the fund, or if a funder can contribute to the fund on your behalf.

• To submit a Rapid Response request complete this https://roadmapconsulting.org/weathering-the-storms-rapid-response-request/

• Our goal is to be in touch with you as soon as possible within 24 to 48 hours.

We would like to contact you about your request using Signal (a free encrypted calling

and texting application) by Open Whisper Systems. If you do not use Signal, we strongly

urge you to download it from your phone’s app store, or provide us with your preferred cell

phone number and we will text you an invitation to Signal.
