WELCOME! There are a few important things to go over before you get started building your WorldVentures team. There are three rules in building your business 1) PAY ATTENTION! We are going to give you a guide and many resources to use... but unless you pay attention to the details, updates, websites, etc., these resources can’t help you; 2) GET EXCITED! People feed off of your excitement. This is supposed to be fun. Make sure you are excited and are having fun when you’re talking about WorldVentures. 3) NEVER QUIT! This is a journey. The only way that you fail is if you quit. After we get you some basic information, this document is going to take you through a success system that we call IPET, which stands for I nvite, P resent, E nroll, T rain. These steps and the links contained in each step are critical to your success. This business is simply about following a system. COMMUNICATION INFORMATION 1) FACEBOOK Make sure that you get added to and participate in our team Facebook page. This is the easiest way for us to share information with you. Please make sure that your sponsor adds us to the page. 2) TEXT UPDATES Again, this is a very important means for us to communicate with you. Do not try to explain WorldVentures to ANYONE! We don’t explain it. We just invite them to see it. STEP 1 SCHEDULE YOUR GRAND OPENING A grand opening or “travel party” helps to get your business off to a fast start. Within the first 14 days of joining, every new rep should have their first travel party scheduled. CLICK HERE for travel party tips and more information. The longer your list, the more power you have as long as you’re committed to inviting all of them to see it. Start small, though, with a TOP20 list. Who should go on this list? TOP 5 should be people that you would call if you had a flat tire at 1:00AM in the morning, you had no money and had only 1% battery left on your phone. We call this your HOT market. TOP 20 should a combination of people that 1) we could get this information in front of the fastest, and 2) you would want to go into business with if you were starting a business (think successful!) Besides identifying the people that would make your top 20 list, don’t prejudge people as whether they 1) would do it or not; 2) like to travel or don’t; and 3) have the money to sign up. DON’T DECIDE FOR THEM WHETHER IT’S FOR THEM OR NOT. JUST ADD THEM TO YOUR LIST!

INVITE  (This  is  the  #1  most  important  skill  you  need  to  learn)  • The  only  goal  is  to  get  people  to  SEE  a  presentation.  You  do  not  want  to  try  to  explain  WorldVentures  (or  put  

yourself  in  a  situation  where  you  are  forced  to  explain  it  either  on  the  phone  or  in  person.)  The  reason  why  is  that  it  is  90%  visual.  How  is  someone  going  to  "get  it"  if  you  just  tell  them  about  it?  

• The  most  important  thing  is  to  BE  NORMAL-­‐  Talk  to  your  friends  however  you  would  normally  be  talking  to  them.    BEST  INVITE  FOR  YOUR  “HOT”  MARKET-­‐

• Now,  I  don’t  know  if  it’s  going  to  be  a  good  fit  for  you  or  if  you’ll  even  be  interested.  And  if  you’re  not,  that’s  ok.  If  you  are,  great.  

• But  listen,  I  need  30  minutes  of  your  time  today.  Does  right  now  work?  o If  no,  tell  them  you’ll  catch  up  with  them  another  time  o If  yes,  set  the  time  and  go  see  them  ASAP

1. Important  announcement  #1  “I’m  inviting  the  10  most  important  people  in  my  life  to  my  house  on  Friday  night  at  6pm  and  you’re  one  of  them.  I’ve  got  something  big  going  on  that  I  want  to  share  with  you.  I  need  you  to  be  there  to  support  me.  Can  I  count  on  you?”  

2. Important  announcement  #2  (BE  EXCITED!)  • “Hello,  _________  how  are  you?  I  don’t  have  much  time  right  now,  but  I  wanted  to  give  you  a  quick  call  about  

something  very  important.”  • “Are  you  free  Monday  at  6:30?”  (If  they  say  no,  just  end  it  there.  Don't  try  to  invite  them  to  the  next  event,  etc.  

Just  say  "no  problem,  I'll  catch  you  another  time")  • “I’m  having  an  event  at  my  house  with  my  closest  friends  and  family  there,  and  I’m  going  to  make  a  special  

announcement.  Can  I  count  on  you  to  be  there?”  • If  they  ask  what  is  it,  say  “that’s  why  I’m  inviting  you”  

 WHAT  IS  IT?  Most  of  the  time,  people  will  ask  you  what  it’s  all  about.  The  following  are  the  best  responses.  

• I’ve  tried  explaining  it  over  the  phone  and  it  just  doesn’t  make  sense.  That’s  why  I  want  to  get  together  with  you.  • It’s  not  something  that  I  can  explain  over  the  phone.  • That’s  why  I  want  to  get  together.  It’s  confidential  (or  it’s  personal)

Do  not  read  further  until  after  you  have  made  your  list  and  successfully  invited  at  least  one  person  (They’ve  agreed  to  meet  with  you  or  take  a  look)  

       

STEP  2  PRESENT  YOUR  EXPECTATIONS  Often  times  when  people  start  with  WorldVentures,  they  expect  that  everyone  is  going  to  sign  up  or  that  everyone  is  going  to  be  supportive  of  them.  It  simply  doesn’t  happen.  People  close  to  you,  who  you  may  think  would  offer  the  most  support,  may  see  you  as  taking  a  risk  with  WorldVentures,  and  they  just  may  want  you  to  play  it  safe...  Many  people  are  just  comfortable  where  they  are,  and  they  view  change  or  anything  different  as  a  “risk.”  However,  they  likely  have  no  idea  what  you  have  just  started,  nor  do  they  have  the  ability  to  predict  your  success.  If  you  follow  the  system  that  we  have  in  place,  and  trust  in  the  people  who  are  having  success,  you  too  can  expect  the  same  result.    Some  people  don’t  understand  the  business  model  and  people  often  resist  or  criticize  what  they  don’t  understand.  Educate  yourself  on  the  model  by  watching  the  video  at  this  website.  You  need  to  believe  that  this  is  the  MOST  EFFECTIVE  way  to  increase  your  cash  flow  and  create  leverage  without  working  another  J.O.B.    BEFORE  THE  PRESENTATION  STARTS  When  you  are  about  to  share  the  idea  with  someone,  there  are  three  things  that  you  need  to  say  before  you  show  them.  WATCH  THIS  VIDEO  FOR  THE  FULL  EXPLANATION  

• Share  with  them  your  why-­‐  “Times  are  tough,  and  I  need  to  make  more  money!  I  found  a  way  to  do  that  part-­‐time.”  (Let  yourself  be  vulnerable.  Pour  your  heart  out.  It’s  ok  to  get  emotional)  

• “I’m  ALL  IN  on  this  idea.  It’s  the  biggest  thing  I’ve  ever  seen.”  (It  is  critically  important  to  include  this  step)  • Take-­‐away  “This  is  totally  amazing,  but  I  don’t  know  if  this  is  going  to  be  a  fit  for  you  or  if  you’ll  even  be  interested.  

And  if  you’re  not,  that’s  ok.  If  you  are  great.  I’m  going  for  this  thing  and  I’ve  got  a  long  list  of  people  that  I’m  going  to  share  it  with  after  you.  

 WHAT  TO  PRESENT  The  key  is  to  BE  CONFIDENT!    When  you  are  brand  new,  we  always  recommend  using  a  third  party-­‐  we  call  it  a  2-­‐on-­‐1.  With  that  said,  if  you’d  like  to  begin  sharing  the  idea  right  away,  and  someone  in  your  upline  is  not  available  in-­‐person,  use  the  14-­‐minute  video  at  www.vacationsooner.com.  You  should  download  the  video  by  clicking  on  one  of  the  download  links  in  the  upper  right  hand  corner  of  the  page.    Ultimately,  we’d  like  to  get  you  familiar  with  going  through  a  PowerPoint  presentation.  Contact  your  upline  leader  to  get  your  hands  on  the  latest  version  of  the  presentation.    THIRD  PARTY  CALL  When  you  are  done  showing  the  presentation,  make  arrangements  to  call  or  be  called  by  an  upline  leader.  They  will  share  their  story  with  your  prospect  and  help  answer  questions  that  they  have.  Although  we  think  that  we  can  answer  questions  on  our  own,  MAKING  A  THIRD-­‐PARTY  CALL  ALLOWS  YOUR  PROSPECT  TO  HEAR  FROM  SOMEONE  WHO  HAS  GOTTEN  SOME  RESULTS.  It  also  shows  our  support  system  in  place.  People’s  biggest  question  in  the  business  is  “can  I  do  this?”  and  if  you  are  trying  to  answer  all  the  questions  and  do  it  on  your  own,  they  are  going  to  think  they  have  to  do  the  same  thing...  AND  THEY  DON’T  WANT  TO  DO  THAT!    Also,  the  common  questions  that  people  will  ask  you  when  you’ve  just  gotten  started  are:  1)  How  long  have  you  been  doing  this?  2)  How  much  money  have  you  made?  and  3)  How  many  trips  have  you  been  on?  YOUR  answers  to  these  questions  are  not  positive.  Make  sure  you  set  up  to  get  some  help  on  the  phone  if  you  are  showing  the  presentation  on  your  own.      

       

CLOSING  Tell  people  where  you  are  going.  Tell  them  that  you’re  going  to  put  10,000  people  in  this  thing  and  that  you’re  sharing  it  with  them  FIRST!    THE  MOST  IMPORTANT  THING  ABOUT  CLOSING  is  actually  asking  for  the  sale.  Say  “ARE  YOU  READY  TO  GET  STARTED?”  We  recommend  a  couple  5-­‐step  process  to  closing-­‐  

1. (NAME)  That  was  awesome,  wasn’t  it!  2. What  did  you  find  most  appealing,  the  travel  or  the  money?  3. (If  travel)  Great.  Are  you  also  open  to  making  some  extra  money?  4. (If  money)  Me  too!  If  you  were  to  do  this,  would  you  want  to  make  a  little  money  or  a  lot  of  money?  5. Sounds  to  me  like  you’re  ready  to  get  started.  Let’s  get  you  signed  up.  

 THE  ONLY  REASON  WHY  PEOPLE  GET  STARTED  NOW  is  not  because  of  what  they  will  gain  sometime  in  the  future.  Rather,  it  is  because  of  what  they  will  LOSE  OUT  ON  if  they  don’t  do  it  now.  EVERY  time  that  you  show  someone,  you  need  to  pull  out  the  timing  and  placement  <document>  and  follow  the  process  described  in  this  video.  EVERY  TIME!  CLICK  HERE  for  the  video.    Your  other  option,  besides  using  the  timing  and  placement  document  is  to  actually  pull  out  your  computer  and  SHOW  THEM  WHERE  THEY  ARE  GOING  TO  GO  ON  YOUR  TEAM.  Then  pull  out  your  list  and  say,  here’s  who  I’m  showing  next  and  these  folks  could  be  placed  on  your  team.    

STEP  3  ENROLL  When  someone  says  that  they’re  in,  PULL  OUT  THE  ENROLLMENT  FORM  and  have  them  start  filling  it  out.  Sometimes  it  works  better  to  just  ask  them  for  the  information  that’s  needed  on  the  form.  Like  “what’s  your  middle  initial?”  “Where  do  you  want  your  checks  sent?”...  etc.    WHERE  TO  PLACE  PEOPLE  We  follow  a  system  called  3-­‐to-­‐team.  This  means  that  you  will  put  your  first  three  reps  (members)  on  the  team  leg.  Your  sponsor  can  tell  you  what  side  of  their  team  you  are  on  and  your  team  leg  will  be  that  same  side.  For  a  complete  understanding  on  why  we  follow  this  system  and  don’t  support  other  placement  strategies,  please  CLICK  HERE  to  see  a  short  explanation  video.  The  key  in  this  business  is  to  create  MOMENTUM...  and  that’s  why  we  use  this  strategy.    HOW  TO  ENROLL  SOMEONE  When  it  is  time  to  enroll  someone,  we  highly  suggest  doing  the  enrollment  with  them  or  for  them.  If  you  let  them  enroll  themselves,  they  may  choose  the  wrong  products  and  will  get  placed  wherever  you  have  your  auto-­‐placement  set  (controlled  in  your  back  office.)    Go  to  your  back  office  and  click  and  view  your  Binary  Tree  in  the  lower  left  of  the  page.  Select  “Go  to  my  bottom  right”  or  “Go  to  my  bottom  left.”  Whichever  side  you  select  (let’s  say  bottom  right,)  you  will  want  to  click  on  the  figure  furthest  down  on  the  page  and  furthest  to  the  right  (If  you  go  to  your  bottom  left,  you  would  want  to  click  on  the  figure  furthest  down  and  furthest  to  the  left.)    You  will  then  select  the  country  of  residence  and  will  be  taken  to  the  page  where  you  select  the  products.  PAY  CLOSE  ATTENTION  TO  THE  PRODUCTS  YOU  ARE  SELECTING.    

       

If  you  are  enrolling  a  prospect  that  is  between  18-­‐25  (US  only),  scroll  down  to  where  it  says  “DreamTrips  Series  (Students  &  Young  Professionals.)”  Select  either  the  “DreamTrips  U  Life”  or  the  “DreamTrips  U  Membership.”  Then  scroll  just  a  bit  futher  and  select  “College/Young  Professional  Program.”    If  you  are  enrolling  a  prospect  26  yrs.  or  older,  you  will  select  one  of  the  regular  memberships  in  addition  to  the  Representative  Business  System  located  near  the  top  of  the  page.    While  people  do  have  the  option  to  become  just  a  representative,  WE  HIGHLY  DISCOURAGE  IT  ON  OUR  TEAM.  There  are  many  reasons  why.  1)  There  is  less  than  a  1%  chance  that  they  will  have  ANY  success.  2)  Why  would  people  buy  something  that  the  person  referring  does  not  even  own  themselves?  3)  People’s  commitment  level  is  VERY  slim  if  they  just  get  started  for  such  a  low  barrier  to  entry.  We  suggest  avoiding  this  scenario  altogether.      

STEP  4  TRAIN    REGISTER  FOR  NEXT  TRAINING  The  people  who  go  to  training  earn  five  times  more  money  than  those  who  don’t.  To  be  more  clear,  if  you  don’t  go  to  training,  there  is  little  chance  that  you  will  make  much  money  at  all.  Get  registered  for  the  next  Regional  Training  or  Super  Saturday  training  in  your  area  ASAP.  We  hold  these  trainings  every  month  and  always  have  a  top  income  earner  as  the  lead  trainer.  YOU  NEED  TO  ATTEND  THESE  TRAININGS.    There  are  also  National  Training  Events  where  you  get  much  more  in-­‐depth  training.  All  of  the  top  leaders  in  the  company  attend  these  events  regularly.  These  are  training  events,  but  are  so  much  fun  they  almost  feel  like  a  rock  concert  where  you  learn  a  lot!  Find  out  when  the  next  event  is  and  get  registered!    ADDITIONAL  TRAINING  There  is  additional  training  available  on  several  different  websites.  Here  are  a  few-­‐
