We’re a credit union.People’s Choice members are part of 4 million Australians who choose to do their banking with an organisation that’s owned by its customers.

People’s Choice provides you with various ways to access your funds, and our services.

ATMs

Enjoy convenient access to your money, 24 hours a day.

If you want to avoid fees, simply use one of our People’s Choice ATMs to withdraw funds or change your card PIN. Many of our ATMs, located at branches, will also allow you to deposit cash and cheques.

You can also withdraw cash fee-free from the Big Four bank ATMs. However, as this may change, we encourage you to check for any fees when using the ATM before completing a transaction.

Your card is also accepted at any other ATM throughout Australia or through any ATM overseas displaying the ‘Visa’ logo (Visa Debit cards) or ‘Plus’ logo (rediCards), but note that you may incur charges from other financial institutions.

Internet Banking

For ultimate convenience head to peopleschoicecu.com.au anytime from any web-enabled device. With Internet Banking you can view your account history, pay your bills, send and receive money with Fast Payments, open new accounts, and much more.

Mobile Banking Apps

If you have an iPhone or Android smart device, download the People’s Choice Mobile Banking App to view your account history including uncleared transactions, transfer money and pay your bills, send and receive Fast Payments, register PayIDs, create scheduled payments and so much more.

People’s Choice Secure Code

When performing banking via Internet Banking and the latest version of our Mobile Banking App, you will be protected with our advanced online security solution, People’s Choice Secure Code, delivered in partnership with global cyber security leader, Symantec. Secure Code will perform real-time threat analysis to assess the likelihood that the Internet Banking functions being performed on the mobile, tablet or computer are being made by a legitimate member. If someone is trying to gain access without your permission:

a. they will be prompted to enter a Secure Code which only registered members have access to, or

b. you will be sent a push notification to ‘Approve’ or ‘Deny’ the transaction if using the Mobile Banking App or VIP Access App for mobile.

eStatements

Register to receive ‘eStatements’ via Internet Banking as a simple way to help the environment. Plus eStatements are more secure, provide you with quick access to your account card and loan summary and are always at your fingertips!

Fast Payments

Fast Payments enable you to make and receive payments between participating financial institutions within minutes, delivered via Osko. You can make and receive payments to a PayID using easy-to-remember details — like your mobile phone number or email address that you register and link to your account.

Mobile Payments

Free yourself from your wallet! Whether you have an Android phone or iPhone, we have payment options for you that are fast, convenient, secure and easy to use. Digital Wallet options available: Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay.

Phone Banking

Phone Banking allows you to find out about your account details, transfer funds, and pay bills via mobile or landline 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Simply call 13 11 82 and follow the prompts.

National Contact Centre

The right advice is never further away than your telephone. Simply call the National Contact Centre on 13 11 82 for help with everyday banking, your savings and investment, lending or insurance needs.

We’re here to help 8.00am – 8.00pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am – 4.30pm on Saturday, excluding National Public Holidays (Australian Central Standard Time).
