Melba toast or a cube? The way we look stuffs affects the value of things.

When we were children, we had a small world from a carton. We painted on it and imaged it as a car or something else. As we grew up, we learned more and became smarter. But we forgot how to see in different way. I like design which told story I had forgot. A cube can be anything!

MADAME DE RAMBOUILLET Experence the

golden age of salon.

Madame de Rambouillet's - les bas bleues, the hometown of Salon Culture, is where female artists, poets and brilliant minds all come together to share their intellectual understandings of the era. Both of our chair and service design inherit the original spirit of salon culture. Sliding mirrors are therefore set up to permit customized privacy setting for cliques of 3 to 5 in the booth. The sensational texture of spandex-covered seat creates a smooth surface to isolate hair fallen from the gown drooped down. There is a transparent patch in the gown for the guest to check their mobile devices during their haircuts. The interwoven structure of the chair combined with the gown stands out as a visual feast, bringing the guests into a surreal atmosphere throughout each service.

Concept:

By using flexible lycra as the material of the exterior surface, it creates new visual and tactile experiences.Tangled strings on the frame of the seat brings the unique visual effect and touch.

The chair has dynamic look in the hair dressing service.

DYNAMIC LOOK

Through the transparent fabric of the hair dressing gown, guests are able to read while seated. The hairdressing gown and the seat reminds us of the female costume in the 16th century.

The shape of the seat is derived from the female costumes in the 16th century. The hair will slide down the guests' gowns as they stand up.

RENEWSLess waste, more convenient. Although we have lots of E-readings today,

people still love to read on papers. From the feeling when you hold papers or the smelling from the ink, You will experience more than reading on screen.I want to make something that let you can reduce waste and also have the paper reading experience.

Most information in newspaper are for that day. You won't keep yesterday's news cause it is useless and outdated.By using the heat discoloration ink, you can return your newspaper to white paper. After that, you can print in the same paper. It reduce the waste of paper and you still can read on paper.

This is a generation of network. Information can upload to the cloud then we can use it anytime and anywhere. By network, postman won't have to send news house by house. It is labor-saving and reduce emissions.

There are two main functions in RENEWS. The first one is to print news. You can choose which part we want to read or you can just to print the whole newspaper. The second part is to print out what your friends send to you.The screen is made of OLED. When RENEWS is standby, the screen will be transparent and show the wood behind.

There are solar panels at the back of RENEWS. We attach it on the window then it will generate power from the sun.

In the design of MRT love seat, and more focus on comity reminder has ignored the demand of a love seat, elderly or injured passengers to sit down or get up, shaking inside, if a little easy Aid Societyand more! Another MRT seat sometimes there will be a placeholder problem may be because sitting or personal luggage, reduce lead sitting space.
