Special Guest at Bible Study!

Join us for Bible Study on Wednesday, December 2nd, at 10:30 AM, when we will be joined by the Reverend George Keck. Reverend Keck is now retired, but he has been involved for many years in lay theological education in Southeastern Pennsylvania. ‘George’ has an engaging personality and he is passionate about lifelong learning. He loves to see people of all ages continue to grow in their faith development.

George will help us as we consider the adult education opportunities we wish to explore at Centennial. We’ll be talking about Sunday Adult Forum topics, bible study themes and special seminars and workshops. George has been a long-time friend and mentor of Pastor Jerry, and may even have a few embarrassing anecdotes to share about our pastor. So plan to be with us for this special occasion.

News from your Director of Music Ministries

Marcella Curtiss

Invite a Friend & Come Join The Christmas Choir!

You’re invited! We are looking for singers who would like to join the Chancel Choir

to sing on Christmas Eve. While you’re thinking about it—invite a friend to come as well.

Your friend doesn’t have to be a member of the church. What is needed is a person who

wants to sing with us on Christmas Eve in the choir, and can make the rehearsals! Who

knows, maybe they’ll like Centennial so much that they will join us regularly for worship.

Rehearsals:

Sunday mornings from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon

November 29

December 6, 13, & 20

Additional Bass Sectionals:

(for those who sing Bass—we need a little extra time)

Sunday mornings from 10:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.

November 8, 15

We ask that you attend these scheduled rehearsals in order to be well prepared to sing

on Christmas Eve. We will also be rehearsing Christmas music on Thursday evenings, so if

you have to miss a Sunday rehearsal, you can join us on Thursday evening at 7:30 P.M.

instead. We will be singing at the 8:00 P.M. Christmas Eve service. Any questions, contact

Marcella Curtiss at 484-614-6604 or 610-935-2908. Celebrate with us and raise your voices

in praise for the birth of God’s Son - Jesus!

Do you have musical talent to offer us?

We are looking for instrumentalists willing to play during the services from time to time. If

you have talent we don’t know about, please contact Marcella at 484-614-6604. We may be

able to use your talents in our services.
