What were your most challenging experiences? The most satisfying experience dealt with being ability to help and contribute in the classroom at a very comfortable level. Now that I have been in the classes for multiple weeks, I am able to understand the material and know individual students. Once again one of the most challenging parts of this week dealt with students struggling with buy in and motivation to get their work done. Multiple conversations were had this week regarding the importance of the 4 th quarter and how expectations at Valley will be high. But, overall, it was a decent week. 3. What are the plans for the upcoming week? Next week, I will assist my mentor teacher however she needs. Plus, I will continue to work with the core teachers to help them and their students.
