Aloha,

Ward Centers is very excited to announce this year’s dates for Give & Get, formerly known as, Friends+Family+Community ReWARDS, the community-minded program at Ward Centers that provides non-profit organizations and local schools a sim-ple way of raising money for their organizations. This 3-day fun-filled shopping extravaganza will be held on Friday through Sunday, April 8 through 10, 2011, during normal shopping center hours. Exclusive store discounts, entertainment, fun activi-

ties, and other festivities are just a few incentives customers can expect by purchasing an event ticket for only $10.

Give & Get is designed to help your organization raise money with little effort and a lot of enthusiasm. Your organization will have the opportunity to sell the $10 tickets to the general public and 100% of the ticket price is yours to keep. You have

the ability to sell as many tickets as you wish, while ticket supplies last. The more you sell, the more money to your cause.

Please mark your calendar for either Friday, February 25, or a secondary date of Saturday, February 26, 2011, to attend a very informative meeting about this year’s Give & Get. The meeting will be held at the Ward Warehouse, Kakaako Confer-ence Room, 2nd floor, at 10:30am. If you have any questions or to RSVP on or before Wednesday, February 23, please feel

free to contact me at 591-8411 ext. 231 or Email me at [email protected].

Very truly yours,

Heidi Kuia

FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)

“Give & Get”

Ward Centers

April 8 - 10, 2011

What is “Give & Get?”

Give & Get, formerly known as, Friends+Family+Community ReWARDS is a 3-day shopping extravaganza that gives local non-profit organizations and schools a chance to raise funds. Participating stores and restaurants provide special offers and incentives exclusively to ticket holders along with great entertainment, fun events and other “ticket holder”

incentives. Organizations sell tickets for $10 each and keep 100%.

When is the “Give & Get?”

Friday through Sunday, April 8 – 10, 2011, during shopping center hours.

How does my group raise money selling tickets?

There is no charge to any participating group to sell tickets. Non-profit groups keep 100% of all ticket sales.

Any unsold tickets should be returned to Ward Centers Management office after the event. There is no fee for unsold tickets. However, there may be a maximum number of tickets you will be allowed to order at one time. As a sugges-

tion, you could estimate 5 tickets per seller.

What else does my organization have to do?

You will need to provide us with a progress report on your ticket sales a week before the actual event. Your report form

will be included in the packet and can be mailed, faxed or emailed to indicate how many tickets you have sold.

What does the $10 ticket buy?
