My simple answers was: ”I live every waking moment of the day saying THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!” First I used my THOUGHTS to create my ideal life and then I went about being GRATEFUL for it until it was SO. Start and End the Day by Being Grateful It’s easy, open your eyes and say THANK YOU! Lay your head to sleep and say THANK YOU! Allow your mind to find things to be grateful for. 2. When good things Come be Grateful. Being Grateful for Good things is a guaranteed way to get MORE good things. 3. BELIEVE that Infinite Intelligence wants you to Prosper. God/The Universe/Source expresses its power when YOU prosper. Therefore KNOW and have faith EVERYDAY that THIS is TRUTH. GRATEFUL FOR YOU! GRATITUDE really is the ONLY word that express how we are feeling for the Amazing VORTEX of likeminded energy which has been created by this group! Enjoy the journey for this will be MAGICAL time in your life! WE ARE GRATEFUL TO ALL OF YOU.

GOALTo feel deep and profound gratitude and imprint the simple words “Thank-You” in your unconscious mind.

THE MAGIC Formula (Excerpted From THE MAGIC by Rhonda Byrne)

1. Deliberately say and think the Magic Words “THANK YOU”2. The more you deliberately think and say the magic words, Thank you, the more gratitude you feel.3. The more gratitude you deliberately think and feel, the more abundance you receive.

“If you practice gratitude a little, your life will change a little. If you practice gratitude a lot everyday your life will change dramatically and in ways that you can hardly imagine.”

DAILYListen/Read Chapter 7 It is recommended that you do both, read and listen. Perhaps keep the CD on Chapter 7 in your car. Listen and READ with INTENT. Engage your mind by pondering what this message REALLY means for your life. Come to OWN this message to your CORE. See how expressing Gratitude is the KEY to receiving MORE good things and will help you Co-Create with ease.

2 . FACEBOOK: Each day you choose from 1 of the following. A). Post a sentence from Chapter 7 or B). List a BIG thing you have CREATED in the future for which you are Grateful TODAY. Think of these ALWAYS as if they have already happened, tapping into how grateful you know you will feel when they do manifest. This process ignites your faith.

3. INDEX CARD EXERCISE - handwrite your 12 Week Intentions -AS IF MANIFESTED on 3 index cards and place in highly visible spots throughout your physical space.

4. Meditate: For a minimum of 5 minutes each day, sit quietly and comfortably and allow your mind to hear the affirmation “THANK YOU” (you may also use the meditation link from the email)

5. BONUS: To really help you Practice living in Gratitude, Read the book Abundance Of Gratitude and do the exercises.
