1Intake 1- Checking Raw Water Pump pressure,temprature,power and gland packing leakage.
2- Checking water hammer system working or not.2 Distribution Shift Checking flow, pressure, chlorine dosing and float fix or not.
3 Chlarifier Checking sludge pumping units, cleaning and greasing of knife,air pressure, bridge and mixers.
4 Thickener Checking pump pressure, pipeline blocking and thickener level.
5Filters 1- Checking backwash , backwash waste ,boosters and dewatering.
2- Air system ,compressors,dryer,pressure,…,etc. 3- Checking filters flow , levels , backwash tank level.
6 Under Ground Reservoir Checking rediusal chlorine smaple plan and tanks levels

1- Checking pump priming system. 2- Checking Treated Water Pump pressure,temprature,power and mechanical seal leakage.

8Chlorine 1- Checking drums, vacuum units , changeover unit and piping.
2- Checking dosing cabient, dosing , feeding pressure. 3- checking Caustic Soda Pump.
9 Chemical 1- Checking dosing pumps, strianers, pressure , flow and piping. 2- Checking Tanks levels and cleaning.
10 Evaporation ponds 1- Checking air pressure , cleaning and greasing of knife.
