AM Kindergarten put on our special Cat in the Hat hats to celebrate what would have been Dr. Seuss’s 112th

birthday! We wore our red and white, brought in our favorite Dr. Seuss book, and we read The Cat in the Hat!

Then we got to read w

Our third grade friends

from Miss Bishop’s class

came to our room so we

could read some Dr. Seuss

books together! We sat

“shoulder to shoulder”

with our friends and had a

blast reading with them!

We really enjoyed our

time with our new

third grade friends!

Before we left, we

took a picture so we

can always remember

our fun Read Across

America day with our

new reading buddies!

We had a blast wearing our

green for Green Eggs and

Ham Day! Mrs. Vassallo,

one of our teachers here at

Davis, was our secret reader

and she came to read Green

Eggs and Ham! We even

took our picture with her!

Thanks to our AM homeroom

mom, Mrs. Bussinger, we

even got to try some real

green eggs and ham! Here we

are at the moment when we
