Mistletoes:

Tickets are now available for pick up until Thursday, November 27th

. If you forgot to get your ticket form

filled out, you may still order tickets online (link is on the website) until Wednesday, November 19th

. Please,

keep in mind, you will need either a credit card or a PayPal account to use the online ticket service.

Beginner Half Class and Term 2 Beginner Semestered:

Registration for the Beginner Half Class and Term 2 Semestered Beginner will be on Friday January 9thfrom

6-9pm in the lower level of St Joes Hall. Please, let your friends and anyone that you know about this great

opportunity to get in on the festivities for our 50th

Anniversary! Cost of any of these classes will be $50.

Semestered Beginner:

Sunday @ 2:30 Class 2

Wednesday @ 6pm Class 12

Beginner Half Class:

Tuesdays at 8:45

Sunday Semestered Class for Term 2 will be: Jive, Foxtrot, Rumba, Salsa

Wednesday Semestered Class for Term 2 will offer: Jive, Waltz, Tango, Cha Cha

Tuesday Beginner Half Class will offer: Jive, Foxtrot, Rumba, Salsa, Waltz, Tango and Cha Cha, with half of

the beginner patterns being offered.

All three options are located in the Grosvenor Park United Church. These classes will start the week of

January 11th

General Meeting:

Thursday, December 4th

in 134 ARTS from 7-9pm

The Executive invites you to the General Meeting where we will present the budget and host elections for

the Executive. We are looking for:

1) Publications Officer. The Publications Officer should be artistically inclined and preferably tech-

savvy!

2) GMAL. One of our 3 GMALs will be stepping down to focus on school requirements. A GMAL is a

representative of our general membership and should be a good listener as well as self-starter and

able to work well as part of a team.

As always, all Executive positions are open though no other positions have reached the end of their

term. Please, think about nominating someone you know (or allow your name to stand).

Last day of classes for Term One is Thursday, November 27th

Sunday, January 4th

Monthly Dance:

There is a Monthly Dance at Trinity Hall on 20th

on December 13th.

This will be open for you to invite a non-

member as your guest. Members are $5, and guests accompanied by a member are $10, at the door.

Dance will go from 7-10pm.

We encourage you to bring a guest with you to see what we are aboutthese social events are a great way

to add to our membership in Term 2!

Ice Crystal Ball:

January 10th

is the date for this out of town event. Ticket order forms for this Danceland event will be

available in class, at Mistletoes, and at the General Meeting.

Ticket request forms will NOT BE COLLECTED IN CLASS. Options to return your ticket forms are as follows:

1) In person at Mistletoes or at the General Meeting

2) You may mail them to the club. Mailed requests must be postmarked no later than December 5th

to

be considered.

Ticket pick up options are as follows:

3) Pick up in Class for ONE WEEK starting Sunday, Jan 4th

until Thursday, January 8th

4) Mailed back to youinclude a self-addressed STAMPED envelope with your ticket request

Bus service to Watrous will be available at a fee of $25 return. Bus will be leaving from the Q lot promptly at

4:30pm on January 10th

. If you miss the bus, the Club thanks you for your donation as there will be no

refunds. Please, arrive in time for everyone to be seated, counted and depart by 4:30. Return bus to

Saskatoon will leave the dance at Midnight.

We have a block of rooms available at Manitou Springsall pricing includes a swim pass
