FARMER’S MARKET WEDNESDAYS, MAY 1– OCT 30DAY MARKET HRS: 10AM–2PM • EVENING MARKET HRS: 3–7PM

Each Wednesday from May until the end of October, the Fairborn Farmer‘s Market offers the best in locally sourced farm to fork. Patrons can purchase fresh floral arrange-ments, baked goods, farm-grown produce, herbs, honey, preserves and other related items at the Main St Commons (corner of Main St and Grand Ave). All vendors must follow the Cottage Food Rules and have a signed Farmers’ Market Agreement on file with the City. Second Wednesday of every month is the Evening Market from 3-7pm.

Back for its 23rd edition, the United States Air Force Marathon which celebrates the birthday of the USAF on the third Saturday in September will consist of a 5K on Friday the 20th and a 10K, Half, and Full Marathon on Saturday morning the 21st.  With completely redesigned courses, start line entertainment, an elite program, new start times, and a Fly-Fight-Win Challenge that now allows runners to either compete in the 5K-10K-Half or the 5K-10K-Full, this will certainly be our most exciting year to date.
