Structure Details

Transversal Polychloroprene -Provides perfect adhesion for the cords and the rubber base. Tensile Cord - Special treated polyester tension cords are encapsulated with fibre compound to

achieve higher dynamic load, flexibility and stretch.

Rubber base - Fibre loaded to deliver increased transmission force while very stable longitudinal forces even when ageing.

Heavy Duty Wrapping cover -Our heavy duty wrapping cover provides great resistance to abrasion and provides the needed grip.

Constant length L = L per ISO specifications Temperature range from -40°c up to +70°c Meets anti-static requirements from ISO 1813 Good resistance to dust and other external aggressions Resistant to mineral oil and good resistance to ozone Industrial heavy duty wrapping cover resists abrasion

Our high performance Wedge V-Belts have been specifically designed for heavier duty applications to deliver up to 50% more than Classical V-Belts. This enables them to be used in many kinds of industrial or agricultural applications such compressors, fans, pumps and other heavy duty cycle equipment.
