Wedding/Event Planning:

• Assist with finding all chosen professionals including; entertainment, video/audio, transport, photographer, videographer, cake, lighting, décor, pipe and drape and anything else required to create the perfect day for the couple

• Manage all elements of the wedding to the bride and grooms wishes, any additional labor that may be needed for set up will be discussed and require approval from the bride and groom prior to the wedding.

• Visit to both ceremony and reception sites prior to wedding. • Development of a detailed wedding timeline for contracted vendors and bridal party. • Follow up telephone calls to all contracted vendors 1 – 2 weeks before wedding day. • Wedding Rehearsal Supervision (2 hours maximum). • Coordinate all vendors on the wedding day. • Help with any menu selections if needed. • Assist with budget allocation and create a detailed financial forecast for every detail of the wedding.

Everything must be approved by the bride and groom before booking anything. • Assist with all contracts with all wedding professionals hired. • Payments to outside vendors will be paid directly to them; Lisa London will schedule all payments and

remind the bride and groom. Alternatively payments can be made to Lisa London who will take care of all payments, whichever the bride and groom prefers.

• Available to the bride and groom, with frequent FaceTime , Skype or regular calls to ensure constant contact so we can get to the know couple and make sure the day mirrors their perfect day.

Design & Décor Management:

• After collaborating with the bride and groom, Lisa London offers a presentation to the couple with a design proposal for their approval. Once approved this is what will be the blueprint to creating the spectacular event that the client is looking for.

• On-going exchange of décor ideas and personalized details. • After the proposal has been discussed with the bride and groom, Lisa London will work to create a

décor financial forecast. • Lisa London will source all details and vendors to create the look/feel desired by the client. This includes

building or having made anything that is needed to complete the design. • Once the proposal and décor financial forecast has been discussed with the bride and groom, Lisa

London works with the bride/groom to make adjustments to the proposal to assist with meeting the décor budget and ensure their perfect vision. This is an ongoing process through out the planning of the wedding.

• Lisa London will manage all set up, supervising all vendors for decor. Outside vendors are always responsible for the setting up, breaking down and collection of their own items. For large or timely set ups there may be an increase in labor needed, if this is the case Lisa London will notify the couple in advance at the time of reviewing the financial forecast.

• As a client of Lisa London’s you have access to any available Lisa London products, such as arbors, centerpieces, signs and much more. If selected these would be an additional rental fee and are not included in the service fee.

Day of Coordination ( Included in Wedding/Event Planning):

• This service is help as a planner on the day of the event only. • One month prior to the wedding we will confirm all arrangements and details with all vendors that have

been provided by the client. • Lisa London will allocate arrival times and coordinate all set up. • Lisa London will create a timeline that is given to all vendors and bridal party prior to the event. • Supervise vendors and assist venue with set up of ceremony and reception. • Oversee and direct vendors throughout the event.

Investment: We believe every event is different and has different needs. We do our best to price our services with this in mind. Below is an approximation of the investment required with Lisa London Weddings and Events, it does not include any rental items. While we will be there to supervise, outside vendors are always responsible for the set up and collection of their items. Any set ups that require additional labor from Lisa London Weddings and Events we will notify the client in advance during the design process, pricing below is for basic set ups. *Pricing is based on an event in Collier County, FL anything else would incur a travel fee.
