Our Event Manager, in consultation with our Head Chef, will tailor menus and help organise and carefully plan your wedding day with you to ensure that the lead up, as well as your special day, is nothing short of memorable.

Club Mandalay’s facilities and spaces are available for viewing upon appointment.

Ceremony on the Green - $650*

Our beautiful outdoor ceremony site has an arch that can be themed to your liking and scenic views across the golf course and beyond.**

All Wedding Ceremonies Include:

• Wedding arch and Wedding Welcome sign

• White aisle carpet

• Seating provided for up to 40 guests

• Clothed table and two chairs for wedding certificate signing

• Garden and grounds photo opportunities

• Picnic hamper with fresh local food and wine for the wedding party

• Function duration of 5 hours

Main Course

• Eye fillet steak cooked medium rare with potato gratin, wilted greens and port wine jus

• Tasmanian salmon fillet with Asian greens and a coriander, ginger, lime and birds eye chilli drizzle

• Rosemary infused lamb rump with baby potatoes, mint pea puree, truss tomatoes and red wine jus

Perfectly situated overlooking our picturesque Peter Thomson designed golf course, the Mandalay Restaurant, complete with bar area and terrace, enjoys spectacular sunset views and is ideal for medium to large events.

The Thomson Room

Named after golfing legend Peter Thomson, our event-dedicated Thomson Room overlooks the Mandalay swimming pool and splash park. It also offers a private alfresco area complete with heaters (to keep you warm in the cooler months). The Thomson Room has its own bar and allows for total flexibility for your desired set up.
