Our unique packages offer a choice of menus featuring fine local produce created and skilfully
prepared by our team of chefs. Our exclusive menus are complemented by
outstanding local and international wines from our historic cellar built in 1840.
CHATEAU PACKAGE | Alternate
$150.00 per person
Inclusive of Chef selected canapés, standard ‘signature’ 5 hour beverage package, plated
alternating entrée and main course, plated or roaming desserts ($90 excluding beverages)
VICTORIAN PACKAGE | Choice
$170.00 per person
Inclusive of Chef selected canapés, standard ‘signature’ 5 hour beverage package, entrée, main
course, dessert or roaming desserts. Guests may select from two preselected items for each
course ($110 excluding beverages)
VINTAGE PACKAGE | Cocktail
$150.00 per person
Inclusive of Chef selected canapés, standard ‘signature’ 5 hour beverage package, 6 items from
our cocktail menu (savoury and sweet) served on a continuous basis for 4 hours ($80 exclud-
ing beverages)

BEVERAGE PACKAGES Please choose a package from our three options below.
Within that package please select one sparkling wine, one white and one red option. Beer, soft drink and juice is also included. The duration of each package is for 4.5 hours. The packages do not include toasting cham-
pagne if it is required.

VENUE HIRE INCLUSIONS A venue hire fee of $2,000.00 applies and includes the following:
Our heritage listed gardens create the perfect backdrop with several beautiful locations
available to host your ceremony. Our ceremony packages are inclusive of 50 white ceremony
chairs, red carpet, antique signing table with two chairs and outdoor music system
Fairytale Ceremony Upgrade
Include a wrought iron archway, fresh rose petals for your aisle and 2 wine barrels for
decoration at an additional $300.00
In the event of inclement weather we are able to relocate your ceremony undercover in the
portico area or inside to Eleonore’s which is included in your venue hire. A marquee can be
arranged at an additional cost

Complete exclusivity starts from $14,000.00 (Excluding venue hire, food and beverage)
BRIDAL YARRA SUITE
The luxurious bridal Yarra Suite offers a king-sized bed, marble ensuite with lavish spa bath
and separate shower. The adjoining sitting room is generous and relaxing, complete with
antique furnishings and a private balcony with sweeping views of the Yarra Valley. Indulge in
an overnight stay in the bridal Suite on your wedding night with our compliments.

WEDDING DAY PREPARATIONS
Stay the night before your wedding day and make use of your bridal Yarra Suite for a full day
of wedding preparations. Have your hair & makeup artists come to the hotel & get
pampered in luxury as you enjoy the sweeping views over the Yarra Valley from your bridal
suite. A light lunch for the bridal party is also included (ribbon sandwiches, fresh sliced fruit
platter & a bottle of sparkling wine). Your photographer can make the most of the
individually designed suites and valley views for the perfect backdrop for your photos.
