Your Wedding Day
Our goal at Anyela’s is to create a memory that you and your guests will treasure for years to come. Our beautiful surroundings and elegant cuisine will create memories of a lifetime for you and your guests. Our professional staff will provide the personal service that you and your guests deserve. We simplify the planning, coordinate the food arrangements, and provide personal services so you can thoroughly enjoy this special day!
Stepsofourprocess
1. Contact Patti Nocek, Director of Marketing and Sales, at 315-685-3797 or [email protected], to schedule a meeting. Appointments are encouraged; while you are always welcome to visit, we may not always be available on a busy weekend. 2. Meet with our coordinator who will give you a personal tour of the facility and present our offerings and fees as well as address any questions or concerns. 3. Follow up with additional questions via telephone or email. 4. Prepare contract which includes details of event and itemizes fees. 5. Upon signing of contract, initial meeting is scheduled with client and caterer to determine menu, preliminary outline and timeline of event is determined. 6. Two additional meetings will be scheduled before the event. One will include an individual wine tasting. 7. Ensure a contact is present on the day of the event.
TermsofContract
When the contract is signed, 50% of the total site fee is due. The balance is due 3 months before your event. A credit card will be held on file for wine consumed on the day of your event. The fee for wine includes an 18% service charge. All final receipts will be sent to you.
Cancellation
If you cancel your event the following terms apply.
•Youmustprovideawrittencancellationrequest. •Yourinitialdepositisnonrefundable. •Ifcancellationoccurslessthan3monthsbeforethefinalpaymentisdue,youare responsible for 50% of the final payment.
Damages
Clients are responsible for damages to Anyela’s premises and equipment. Throwing rice, confetti, and other non-biodegradable material is not permitted, in keeping with our environmental policies. Clients not adhering to this requirement will be charged for cleanup. Clients may not attach pictures or decorations to the walls in the winery or outside structures (gazebo, patio).
Culinary Services and Vendors
Anyela’s caterer must be used. Menus are provided in the packet; however the caterer can design a menu specific to your needs. Anyela’s will arrange for upgrades, event setup, and renting off-site accessories.
Clients must provide to Anyela’s a list of vendors (e.g., flowers, music, lighting, etc.) with contact information, including telephone numbers. Delivery and pickup times need to be coordinated through Anyela’s. A la carte rental options are available and vendor pricing will be charged to the client.

A credit card will be held by Anyela’s prior to the event. •Clientsmaychoosefrom4featurewinesforthereception.OnlyAnyela’swinesare permitted. •Rosalie’swillprovideaNYSliquorcertificateofinsurancenamingAnyela’sVineyards the insured premises. •Musicmustbeplayedatavolumelevelconsistentwithalocal10pmnoiseordinance. •BandsandDJ’smustbeapprovedbyAnyela’s. •Bandsmustbeundercoverandmayperforminthemaintastingroomorvistaroom. •Restoration,renovations,andharvestingmayoccurduringtheevent,thusaffecting the appearance of certain areas of the facility. •Anyela’sisaSmoke-Freevenue. •Threeplannedmeetingswillbeheldpriortotheevent.Additionalmeetingswillbe billedat$100/hour.
