LET THE PREPARATIONS BEGINWake up on your wedding day surrounded in luxury and Cotswold charm. Let the preparations begin in our luxury bridal room or suite, ideal for a morning of makeup, hair and champagne with your wedding

party. The rooms are spacious and airy with lots of room for your photographer to capture the

excitement of the morning before your wedding.

THE CEREMONYSay I do in the elegant surroundings of The Old Chapel or under the timeless stone Gazebo on the South Lawn. The the exquisite gardens make the perfect backdrop for your nuptials and are perfect for those all-important photo opportunities. Whatever you choose, we will make sure that your ceremony flows

effortlessly and represents the very best of you both as a married couple. From the ceremony to the reception, we are able to harmoniously cater to your every desire.

THE DRINKS RECEPTIONNow that you’ve said “I do” you can celebrate

with your friends and family whilst enjoying your reception drinks and canapés. Make the most of

the summer months on the Mews Lawn with garden games and an outdoor bar, or takeover the Horse Box as a wet weather option. Your

drinks reception is the perfect opportunity to capture some timeless wedding photographs.

YOUR WEDDING BREAKFASTSit down with your wedding party to a delicious meal and allow the drinks to flow. You and your partner are

invited to choose from a varied selection of menus created by our Executive Chef, all centred around

using fresh local produce from the Cotswolds. We welcome you to come and meet with our chefs to discuss exactly what you want in the run up to

your big day.

HOLDING DATESWe are happy to provisionally hold a date with a deposit of £250. This is completely refundable

within 14 days, should you release the date.

DEPOSITSAn initial non-refundable deposit of £1000 (or 25% for smaller receptions) is required toconfirm your booking. 25% will be due 6 months prior to your wedding day, followed by a

further 25% 3 months prior with the final balance to be settled 1 month before your wedding.

USEFUL INFORMATION

SEATING ARRANGEMENTSDepending on the amount of guests and what reception room you choose, we are able to seat

guests in a variety of ways include round and long tables. Your wedding coordinator can adviseon suitable seating arrangements for your reception room.

ALCOHOL

Guests are not permitted to bring their own alcoholic beverages onto the property. Ifdiscovered, drinks may be confiscated and/or corkage charges applied.

BREAKFAST

For wedding guests staying at the hotel on the night of the wedding, we can offer you a privatebreakfast in the Horse Box the following morning.

PREFERENTIAL RATES FOR YOUR GUESTS

Wedding guests can receive preferential rates to stay at the hotel. Rooms are subject toavailability and must be booked in advance. Maximum numbers apply.

LATE AVAILABILITY

If you are looking to get married within the next six months, please contact a member of theevents team to discuss potential savings with our late availability package.
