AN OASISWe’re set a little apart from other wineries and, as a result, a little more

peaceful here than other places – an oasis. Tranquility creates a serene

environment in a spectacular setting, and the perfect location for your

special day. Plus the sparkling wine to celebrate the occasion is very close

at hand.

south of Peachland at the historic Greata

Ranch, one of the most beautiful spots

in the Okanagan with incredible, natural,

undisturbed views of mountain, beach,

vineyard and lake. We produce

estate-grown wines with a special

emphasis on traditional method sparkling.

VENUE, RECEPTION & DINNER• One hour rehearsal in advance of your wedding day.

• Private use of our grassy park and vineyard crush deck with dramatic

panoramic views of the vineyard and Okanagan Lake.

• Guests are welcome to arrive from 4:00 pm onwards with ceremony

scheduled for 4:30 pm.

• Last call is 11:00 pm. Music is off at 11:30 pm. Departure by 12:00 am.

• Setup of 125 white padded folded chairs and 10 smaller chairs for the

little ones

• Cutlery, china, napkins, glassware, dinner tables & chairs, and any

additional service items are not included and need to be rented.

• Signing barrel.

• Perfect backdrop for all your pictures.

• Dinner reception prepared by Fitz Bistro from fresh

Okanagan ingredients.

• Wines paired from Fitzpatrick Family Vineyards.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENTA non-refundable deposit of $5,000 is required to confirm the date and space to be held. The final venue rental is payable on April 1st of the year of the event. This fee will be non-refundable with a final guest count due

14 days prior to the ceremony. Any outstanding balance (or credit) will be

processed on your account upon completion of the event. A valid credit

card, expiry and security number are required on file to confirm the event.

A mandatory wedding insurance policy must be purchased to hold a

function at Fitzpatrick Family Vineyards.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Fitzpatrick Family Vineyards assumes no responsibility for bodily injuries

or any individual property damage, loss or theft at the winery, wine

shop or grounds prior, during or following the event. In addition, the

patron is responsible for any damage to the premises by their guest(s) or

independent contractor on their behalf.

No items may be nailed, tacked, taped or otherwise attached to the

structure of the winery or surrounding grounds. All décor must have a

sophisticated theme and requires approval of the Fitzpatrick team.

Couples must hire transportation to shuttle guests from the vineyard to

their accommodation, to ensure the safety of their guests.

Fitzpatrick Family Vineyards is unable to provide labour or equipment for

moving large items in or out of the premises. Such service may be hired

through an outside contractor.

Use of the Fitzpatrick Family Vineyards name and logo in advertising is

prohibited without prior approval.

Fitzpatrick Family Vineyards cannot be responsible for inclement weather.

Due to the unpredictability of weather forecast, we recommend your

guests dress accordingly. Tents, umbrellas, heaters, etc., may be rented

from outside rental companies.

Confetti, rice, bubbles, artificial flower petals or other post ceremony

celebrative items are not permitted on the property. They pose a health

and safety issue to the guests walking on the crush deck.

All guests must adhere to our Non-Smoking policy within the winery and grounds, and smoke where designated.

Pets are not allowed on the ceremony deck due to health and safety

regulations with food service. Seeing eye dogs are permitted.

Wedding planners/coordinators are mandatory for setup, takedown and

planning.

CONSULTATIONS & REHEARSALS• Appointments are recommended to meet with the Fitzpatrick team

to work through the details of your event. We want to set aside time

to specifically discuss your day.

• Wedding arrivals & timelines must be reviewed prior to the date

to ensure that the vineyard is best prepared for any special

requirements for cars, trucks, buses etc.

• Rehearsals dates must be confirmed 60 days prior to the event to

ensure that space is available to have a dry run.

FOOD & BEVERAGE• Food and beverage will be provided by Fitz Bistro. Please contact us

for menu options.

• All food and beverage is subject to government taxes and a

18% service charge.

• Fitzpatrick Family Vineyards is licensed to provide wine, beer, his &

her cocktail, and non-alcoholic beverages. The consumption of any

other alcoholic beverages is not permitted. Any guest that brings

outside alcohol onto Fitzpatrick Family Vineyards will be asked to

leave immediately. Ask to see our full beverage menu.
