WEDDING CONTRACT

Thank you for having your wedding at HoliMont. We realize this is a huge responsibility and we appreciate the time and energy you have dedicated to your special day. In order to ensure a successful event and avoid any miscommunication, please read over the following agreement.

Sign and return this to the group sales at least 30 days prior to the event.

I understand and agree to the following HoliMont Social Policies:

1.) Deposit must be paid at time of booking.

2.) Amenities must be paid no later than 2 months prior to wedding date.

3.) All alcoholic beverages must be ordered, provided and served by Dina’s at the Mont. 3.) All food for any catered event must come from Dina’s at the Mont.

4.) Decorations – The rooms may be decorated with the use of only tape on wood. No tape on painted walls. No rice, birdseed, confetti, spray string or glitter may be used at HoliMont. Any deviation from this policy will result in an additional cleaning charge of $200.

5.) No subcontractors are permitted to work the event without approval of HoliMont General Manager.

HOLIMONT PRIVATE PARTY POLICY

By signing below I understand that as the “Renter” I am responsible to pay for any damage resulting from the rental. The decision as to cost of damage will be made by the HoliMont General Manager.

Rental of the HoliMont Chalet:

1. General – All space must be booked through the HoliMont office. No parties may be held on any HoliMont property without the express permission of the HoliMont Management, this includes the chalet, exteriors and ski hills.

2. Food and Beverage – ALL food and beverages must be ordered, provided and served by Dina’s at the Mont.

3. Decorations – The rooms may be decorated with the use of only tape on wood. No staples or screws will be allowed. No tape on painted walls. No rice, birdseed, confetti, spray string, sparklers or glitter may be used on the HoliMont premises.

ANY DEVIATION FROM THESE POLICIES WILL RESULT IN ADDITIONAL CHARGES.

ROOM RENTAL RATES:

Lower Sunrise, Sunset and Center Area $600 + 8% sales tax

One room in Chalet $450 + 8% sales tax

Members Room, Board Room, Race Center or Wilderness $250 + 8% sales tax

CHALET RENTAL AGREEMENT: NON-MEMBERS

CHAIR LIFT $2200 START TIME: END TIME: ** The lift must close 1 hour before sunset.**

(Keep in mind days get shorter in the Fall.) Use of the lift must be booked at time of booking the Chalet- The lift will run for a minimum of 4 hours- If the lift is needed any longer you will be billed in 1 hour increments at $450 per hour.- It is the Wedding Party’s responsibility to make sure all guests are down before the 4 hours are up.- The last chair should be loaded 15 minutes before the 4 hour curfew.

SHUTTLE BUS$80/Hour Each2 Buses Available- Minimum of 4 hours per shuttle. (Must be consecutive hours)- Arrangements for shuttle must be made no later than 2 MONTHS prior to event.- Please note: Our shuttle is only permitted for pick up and drop off at your guests’ hotel.
