Wedding Rental Rates for 2017-2018
Includes:
Our wedding price includes 6 hours of exclusive use of the wedding event barn from 5pm-11pm. Additional hours to be billed at $500/hour, billed to the nearest 1/4 hour.
Includes a professional farm hand on site to provide 2 hours of guided, walking farm-tours through our sprawling 120-acre property, viewing all of our barns & meadows, and meeting all of our happy animals.
Full top-shelf Open Bar.
Coordination with florists, caterers & musicians so that the event is perfectly executed.
Klipsch interior sound system with available cordless microphone.
Complimentary use of our Stone House cabin with private full bathroom.
Seating capacity for up to 100 guests on our patio under the string lights. Additional luxury event tents can be rented for additional guests.
Professional greeter at front entrance to welcome your guests and ensure privacy & discretion.

Required Lodging:
Because we would not be able to rent our cabins and luxury tents during your wedding, your guests (or the wedding party itself) is required to rent our three luxury tents, one tree house and our romantic French country house. You and your guests will love staying in them, and prices are $100/luxury tent, $350/treehouse, $550/French country house.
You and your guests will be available to check-in at 2pm, and checkout is noon the following day.
Options:
Champagne service at the reception. Priced per selection & # of bottles to uncork.
Wood fired pizza bar available to your guests late night from 9pm - 11pm. Additional $10/guest + 18% gratuity.
Horse drawn carriage ride to your wedding up our maple tree lined driveway. Additional $500.
15-minute grand firework display at 10pm overhead after your reception. Additional $2,500
Morning continental breakfast and unlimited mimosas and bloody marys. Additional $1,000
Bar Service
June Farms has it’s own liquor license and is legally required to handle the service of alcohol at events on premises. Your beverage options consist of a “Full Open Bar” (all available liquors, wine, beer and soda. Shots not included.)
Open Bar for additional guests of 100 people is $40 per guest with 18% gratuity on final beverage bill.
Ceremony
You are invited to hold your ceremony on the property at no charge. There are a handful of gorgeous locations that will create the perfect, idyllic setting. If your ceremony and reception extends longer than 5 hours, it will be billed according to the pricing noted above. White ceremony chairs are available for your use at $4/chair, including set up and breakdown.
Music
You are welcome to choose whatever live music, or recorded music you feel is most enjoyable for your event. Because the farm is located within earshot of other farms and neighbors, we will work with your musical selection to ensure appropriate noise levels.
Catering
All caterers and florists must be selected from our approved list of caterers and florists. This is to guarantee that your event meets the high quality and perfection that we expect of ourselves.
Booking Your Event
June Farms requires a $1,500 non-refundable deposit to hold your date. A second deposit of $1,500 is due by February 1 of the event year. These deposits will be deducted from your final bill. Please note that we do not accept credit cards, so all payments must be paid by cash or check.
Cancellation
Your 2nd deposit fee will be refunded in full if cancelled within 30 days prior to the event.
