WEDDING POLICIES

The Doubletree Columbus W orthington is able to book your wedding one year in advance, based on availability.

The Doubletree Columbus Worthington requires a non-refundable deposit of $1,000.00 with a signed contract. Payments are due in increments of 25% of the estimated balance. First payment is due (6) six months prior; second payment is due (3) three months prior to the event date. Final payment is due 72 hours prior to your event. Check, money order, cashier’s check, and all major credit cards are accepted.

All charges are subject to 20% service charge and applicable state sales taxes, which are currently 6.75%.

The Doubletree Columbus Worthington can assist you with the rental of specialty linens, chair covers, or different styles of chairs.

There are applicable delivery fees and taxes that are not included in the above listed prices

We can assist you in placing items on the tables for you guests. There is a 5.00 charge for three items per table.

All items used for your event must be removed at the conclusion of your event. The Doubletree Columbus Worthington is not held liable for any items left in your function room or items provided by an outside vendor, i.e. (vases, linens, chair covers, etc.)
