Hutton Hotel has a team of professional staff who assist in the planning, coordination and setup of the event spaces. The venue also facilitates the provision of tasty local and international cuisines, hors d’oeuvres, entrées and signature cocktails. Our experienced Social Catering Manager will work with you every step of the way to ensure your day is purely flawless.

The Vista Ballroom, accommodating up to 500 seated guests, is surrounded by rich limestone, warm designer fabric and a number of hanging crystal chandeliers. Its 14-foot windows allow natural lighting, ideal for quality photography. The Hillsboro and Midtown Rooms are relatively smaller than the Vista Ballroom, suitable for more intimate weddings and receptions. These rooms possess beautiful light fixtures, charming interior décor and a romantic ambience. The furniture in these rooms can be rearranged to provide adequate dance floor space.

Price based on per guest per hour. Hosted liquor and wine subject to an additional 24% service charge, 15% county tax and 9.25% city tax. Beer, sodas and bottled waters are subject to an additional 24% service charge and 9.25% city tax. All hosted beverages are subject to a 24% service charge and current state and local tax. Published prices are non-negotiable and subject to change. Tennessee law prohibits the sale of alcohol to persons less than21 years of age. You and your guests may be asked to present proof of age and identification. Hutton Hotel is the only licensed authority to sell and serve liquor for consumption on the premises; therefore no alcohol can be brought onto the licensed property.

FAQsWill we get a room on our wedding night?Yes. Complimentary suite accommodations are provided for the couple on their wedding night.

Are room blocks available for my guests at adiscounted rate?Yes. Discounts are based on hotel availability.

Can I provide gift bag delivery to guests stayingat the hotel?Yes. Your Event Staff can assist you with setting this up and pricing.

What will be the parking charges for my guests?Yes we offer 24-hour valet and self-parking. The on-site parking garage offers 300 fully-covered spaced for guests and event attendees. Fees apply.

Can I bring my own decorations?Yes. A preferred vendor list is available.

Do you provide audiovisual equipment?Yes. PSAV is our in-house audiovisual company.

When do I need to notify the hotel with the final guaranteed number of guests attending?The final attendance guarantee is required by 12:00 noon five (5) business days prior to your event. The final guarantee cannot be reduced after this time.

Can we bring our own food or alcohol?No food or beverages from outside sources can bebrought in. Hutton Hotel is the only licensed authority to sell and serve any and all alcohol.

What is the payment policy?Upon signing the contract 10% of the total amount is due. Ninety (90) days prior to the event an additional 50% of your total amount is due. Thirty (30) days prior to your event 75% of the final amount is due. Seven (7) days prior to your event 100% of the final amount is due.

Can we make changes to our menu selections?Yes. We can change any menu item up to ten (10) business days prior unless an item had to be special ordered per your request.

How long do I have the room?You’ll have the ceremony room for one (1) hour and reception room for four (4) hours not including setup or breakdown.

After my wedding is booked, what is next?Your Social Catering Manager will be in touch with you through the entire process to finalize menus, layouts and all specifics.
