$10 per person $1,500 minimum. Fee includes chairs as well as set up and breakdown, Crystal Gardens security and sound system. The Crystal Gardens cannot guarantee rehearsal.

$975 inclusive of 3 security guards for the duration of the event.

The standard size dance floor 21‘x21‘ is $750. Additional dimensions are avail-able and priced accordingly.

Available upon request. Each checked item is $2.50 (Minimum 100 items).

If you’re interested in pre-purchasing parking passes for your guests or would like to setup valet, contact Navy Pier Parking (312) 595-5071.

Directional signage (including valet signs) can be custom designed for your event. We can provide indoor and outdoor signage as needed. Fees vary depending on size and quantity.

Circuits for electrical hook-ups are available for $110 each. Most orchestras utilize between three to four circuits, while most DJ’s utilize one to two circuits.
