    Wedding Day CoordinatorThis wedding planning service is for wedding ceremonies, and includes coordination of the rehearsal, ceremony and reception . TradeWinds Wedding Day Coordination services are provided by Lisa Mohyla, Owner of Exquisite Events, and is solely for packages offered by TradeWinds Island Resorts .

    • One consultation for site visit and to discuss the wedding day elements

    • Vendor referrals as needed

    • Coordination and attendance of the rehearsal and ceremony

    • Making sure everything is as you’ve planned for the decorating of the ceremony and reception, overseeing table set-up, placement of seating cards, centerpieces, favors set out or favor table, decoration of gift table, cake table, head table . Not included would be additional decorating such as hanging lanterns and consumables such as florals, candles, etc .

    • Confirmation of all vendors

    • Preparation of your wedding day timeline

    • Delivery of the itinerary to all vendors and wedding venues; making sure there is no confusion and everyone is “on the same page .”

    • At least one coordinator the day of the wedding (we are by your side for any last minute “emergencies”) through introductions

    • Essential wedding day emergency kit
