Most couples hire wedding planners because they either don’t have the time to do it themselves, don’t want to have to worry about the details on their wedding day, get easily stressed and have full-time jobs. PLANNING WEDDINGS IS OUR FULL TIME JOB. It doesn’t have to be stressful for anyone and if you want to have fun doing it, we can show you how to have fun planning your wedding. Here is how it works: Come up with a list of at least 4 people to invite to YOUR WEDDING PLANNING PARTY. It could be your bridesmaids, the mothers, even the groomsmen! We provide you with FUN wedding invitations for your Planning Party. We can come to you or you can come to us, either way it will be FUN! You can also choose to have a separate invitation sent via Facebook by creating a Facebook event page to invite your Planning Team. There are just so many ways to do this, but we will guide you through this process once we get start- ed. After you receive back your RSVP’s, we will take it from here for you and you and your Planning Team will just have to show up to learn how planning can be so much fun. We provide the tools and any printouts you will need. Be the end of the Planning Party, you will leave with a Beauti- ful Custom Binder filled with all the information you need. Your Binder will be Personalized and give you that HUGE head start you need to plan your Beautiful Day. • The FUN Planning Parties will be led by fully certified Wedding and Event Planners who have received their certifications through The Wedding Planning Institute, a division of Lovegevity. You must have at least 4 members on your FUN Planning Party Team. This is a 4-Hour Fun-Filled Planning Party! Wedding Consultations and Ongoing Advice For the wedding couple that prefers to plan their entire wedding but just does not know how to start or what the most cost-effective approach is, our Wedding Consultations Package offers an opportunity for the Bride and Groom to ask questions and receive guidance. This includes but is not limited to, creating a budget. Wedding Consultations are a minimum of 2 hours. We would cover a preliminary budget; plan a schedule and recommendations of specific vendors. Month of Wedding CoordinationThis is the package we love to call our “Panic Package”. This is typically when the couple begins to panic because they have to pull all the details together. Involvement of the Wedding Planner will begin 2 months before the wedding day.

Our Month of Coordination Package allows the bride and groom to enjoy their special day without the stress of overseeing all the vendors and activities. Typically, the Bride and Groom will have a list of preferred vendors and have taken care of signing all vendor contracts and have handled deposits and payments throughout the wedding planning months.

Involvement of the Wedding Planner at this stage would be to review specific details with Bride and Groom and review all vendor contracts. Wedding Planner would communicate with all vendors to introduce her involvement in the wedding. Wedding Planner would prepare schedule of events and prepare time lines for Bride and Groom as well as vendors. She would also provide assistance with seating chart and seating cards. The Wedding Planner would also attend the ceremony, cocktail party and reception to ensure all details and flow of wedding go as planned.

Wedding Planner is involved with planning leading up to the wedding day such as rehearsal (2 hours), ceremony, cocktail hour and reception.

•Preparation of budget (comparison as well as prioritizing with bride and groom)

entertainment, bridal shop, wedding favors, caterers/venue, etc.)

• Assist with all rentals

•Scheduling appointment with officiant

•Follow-up and confirmation of appointments with vendors

•Preparation of time-lines and schedules

•Helping prepare seating charts/ diagrams and seating name cards

•Rehearsal and rehearsal dinner

•Assistance with ceremony (processional, recessional, at the altar and receiving line)

FREE Initial 1 Hour Phone Consultation

• Initial Consultation with Bride and Groom (up to 2 hours and can be phone or face-to-face)

•Unlimited contact via email from date of signed contract to wedding date

•Prepare wedding day time lines/itineraries for bride and groom, wedding party and vendors. Time-lines will be distributed to everyone 1 week before wedding. Other reminders would be sent to couple throughout planning process

•Contact all vendors already contracted for services and introduce herself as the point of contact for bride and groom in moving forward (which would be 2 months before wedding day)

•Provide site-walk through and develop floor plan and diagram for ‘cohesive flow’ of wedding

•Coordination and supervision of ceremony rehearsal for up to 2 hours and in conjunction with Officiant and venue

•Communication with all vendors regarding layout, set-up, schedule anything needed leading up to the wedding day and on the wedding day

•Confirm and coordinate vendor payments and make sure gratuities are taken care of and are on time once vendor contracts are reviewed

•Any tear down and cleanup of personal items and décor

•Next day rental company pick-ups will be handled by Wedding Planner and her staff
