You can have the whole of Kilworth House Hotel set aside just for you, your family and your guests on this special day. The sumptuous surroundings, attentive staff and delightful atmosphere will create a day to treasure forever. Exclusive use is available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival to 9.00am the following morning. Exclusive venue hire is available from £9,945
and includes:
• 40 rooms on the night of the wedding and 4 the night prior (1 Luxury maximum).
• the Orangery
• the Cellar Bar
• all lounge areas of the Hotel
• the Wordsworth Restaurant and Library Bar
• all 6 private rooms Shakespeare, Byron, Austen, Dickens, Hardy and Johnson
• terrace, courtyard and garden areas
• mini gym
• 1 beauty treatment room complimentary treatments available from 9.00am until 1.00pm. Treatments must be booked in advance via the bride or groom (does not include bridal make up).
Exclusive Hire price depending on high or low season with a minimum number of 80 guests choosing from one of our wedding packages.
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Any additional extras will be charged as taken.

Booking Your Registrar
If you wish to hold your marriage ceremony at
Kilworth House Hotel you must telephone the
Registrar to check availability. By law, only the
Registrar can book your marriage ceremony and
without two Registrars your marriage cannot take
place. Until you contact the Registrar you have
only booked the room at Kilworth House, not
the marriage ceremony.
If the Registrars are not already committed
they will be happy to take a booking from you,
however availability cannot be guaranteed.
The Registrar will not accept a booking for
your marriage ceremony unless you are legally
free to marry, i.e. neither of you is awaiting
a Final and Absolute Divorce Decree.
Our Civil Wedding Licence means you can
choose from our three fantastic venues at
Kilworth House Hotel to hold your marriage
ceremony as well as your wedding celebrations.

Supplement of £250 to keep this room until 11.30pm.
Wordsworth, Library & Cellar BarThe Wordsworth Room, with its domed ceiling and
glittering chandeliers, is a perfect venue for wedding
ceremonies. For an evening event, the Cellar Bar is the
ideal setting. This informal bar contains recesses with
comfortable seating for quiet conversation – and plenty
of space for music and dancing.

Orangery & Cellar BarOur glittering Victorian Orangery is an awe-inspiring
wedding venue. With glorious rural views and the
vibrant glow of natural light, the Orangery casts its own
magical spell over your day.

Wedding Drop In EveningWe understand most couples are working
in the week and can’t always pre book an
appointment. Pop in on the Last Thursday

The Staging PostIf you are looking something unique and relaxed then
the Staging Post is the perfect place for your wedding
celebrations.Either arrive straight from church and head
to our wooded grounds for arrival drinks and wedding
celebrations. Or book your ceremony to take place
at the main hotel before taking the short walk or one
of our golf buggies down to the Staging post for your
wedding breakfast and celebrations.
