the Introduction of the Wedding Party and return no later than two weeks prior to your event.

If you prefer for us to select the music and play requests, please indicate what percent of each

style of music you would like to hear. Also, please list any special announcements you would

like us to make and specify any songs you do NOT want played.

WEDDI�GS O�LY: For wedding receptions, you will generally have 1 ½ hr - 2 hours of

soft background dinner music and 3 hours of dance music. You can expect to hear about 55 to

60 songs in a three hour period. If you wish to have us introduce the bridal party, please

complete the questionnaire on the backside of this sheet. Please also indicate your personal

preference as to the order of events throughout the wedding reception. Please call us two weeks

prior to your wedding reception to rehearse the proper pronunciation of the bridal party names.
