Edwin Koenigh per- formed the ceremony and cele- brated the Nuptial Mass. A re- ception was held at the Orienta Beach Club, Mamaroneck. The bride's sister, Miss Joan Bundschuh, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were the Misses Su- san and Pamela Bundschuh, oth- er sisters of the bride, and Mary Jo Lillis of Tonawanda, their cousin. Mrs. Gerard Bellesheim of Eastchester also was an at- tendant. The Misses Noelle Bundschuh, another sister of the bride, and Maura Jean Dele- hanty, a niece of the bridegroom, were junior bridesmaids. Robert Cusack of New York was best man. Ushers were Ga- briel. Bundschuh Jr., brother of the bride, Daniel Mahoney, Rich- tard Pregiato, both of New York, and John Reilly of Bronxville. John Delehanty, nephew of the bridegroom, was ring bearer. Mrs. Fitzpatrick is a graduate of the Ursuline School and holds a B.A. degree in psychology from the College of New Ro- chelle. Mrs. Fitzpatrick served three years with the U.S. Army, at- tended Fordham University and received a BBA degree in ac- counting from Pace College. He is employed by John Pegg & Co., New York. The couple will reside in Scars- dale after a wedding trip to Flor- ida and the Bahamas. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Devereaux Nolte of Garden City and her husband's parents, Dr. and Mrs. Gustave F. Wein, reside at 3 Midland Gardens, Bronx- ville. The Rev. Thomas F. McGlade performed the ceremony and celebrated the Nuptial Mass at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Garden City. A recep- tion followed at the North Hempstead Country Club, Man- hasset. Given in marriage by her fa- ther, Mrs. Wein wore a gown of embroidered chiffon with a ca- thedral train, and a matching mantilla. She carried a bouquet of white roses and stephanotis. Mrs. James P. Rendich -was matron of honor for the bride. Other x attendants were Mrs. Da- vid B. Lord, Mrs. Carrol Muc- cia Jr., and Mrs. James F. Murphy Jr. The attendants wore matching gowns of ice blue silk and ribbon headpieces. Robert W. Ganger of Rye was best man. Ushering were: Mal- colm D. Clarke Jr.; Mr. Muc- cia; Russell K. Pope; William Nolte Jr., brother of the bride; and Dr. Terry W. Slaughter. Mrs. Wein is a graduate of Ma- rymount Junior College, Arling- ton, Va., and the New York School of Interior Design. Pri- or to her marriage she was as- sociated with the firm of Ray- mond Lowey — William Snaith. An alumnus of Colgate Uni- versity, and the Columbia Uni- versity School of Oral and Den- tal Surgery, Dr. Wein interned at the Philadelphia General Hospital. He is presently on the staff of the Columbia Dental faculty and in private practice in New York City. After a wedding trip, Dr. and Mrs. Wein will reside in Man- hattan. Succeeding Mrs. George A. Guerdan of Bronxville, Mrs. El- liott Bliss of Chappaqua was elected president for a two-year term. A "flying grandmother", Mrs. Bliss received her pilot's license in 1959 and is the owner and operator of a Pipe Chero- kee. After joining the Children's Association in 1949 through its Pleasantville branch she work- ed on a committee that assists the Division of Family and Child Welfare in the checking of local prices of food and cloth- ing. Later, when she had be- come a member of the WCA ex- ecutive committee, she was ac- tive on the publication benefit committee which is responsible for an annual rotogravure sec- tion published in New York for the benefit of the Children's As- sociation. She has held the of- fice of secretary of the associa- tion for the past four years. "Our original purpose," said Mrs. Bliss in her acceptance speech, "to find the needs of children, make those needs known, help to meet them, is just as pertinent today as when it was first written. Miss Caroline Leona Schlegel and Harold E. Price, bote students at Concordia Collegiate Institute in Bronxville, plan to wed in June, 1969. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Edmund P. Price of 88 Tuckahoe Ave., East­chester.

Their engagement has been announced by the future bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Richard G. Schlegel of 36 Devoe Ave., Yonkers.

Miss Schlegel is a graduate of Our Saviour Lutheran High School. She will spend her jun­ior year aboard in Bregenz, Au­stria. She plans to become a high school English teacher.

Her fiance is a graduate of Concordia Preparatory School. He plans to enter the Air Force in September.

ROTC Promotion At Bucknell

William W. Hess of Bronxville presently enrolled in the Basic Course of the Army Reserve Corps Program at Bucknell Uni­versity, was recently promoted to the rank of Sergeant.

The second year of this pro­gram familiarizes officer can­didates with Squad and Platoon Tactics, Map Reading, Ameri­can Military History, and Prob­lems of Leadership. Upon gradu­ation from college and success­ful completion of the four-year military science course Ca­dets are eligible for commis­sioning as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Army Re­serve.

A sophomore at Bucknell this year, studying for a degree in Business Administration, he is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert K. Hess.

Mr. and Mrs. Bernard A. Mor­ris of 16 Laurel Place, Eastches­ter, have announced the engage* ment of their daughter, Miss Denyse Morris to William F. Cu­sack Jr., s o n of Mr. and Mrs. William F. Cusack of Steuben-ville, Ohio.

A December wedding is plan­ned.

The prospective bride is a

graduate of Maria Regina High School in Hartsdale and the Ber­keley Secretarial School in White Plains. Miss Morris is currently with Hill & Knowlton, Inc., a Public Relations firm in New York City.

Her fiance is an alumnus of Steubenville High School in Ohio and will be graduated in June from the United States Military Academy at West Point, N.Y.

"Bold New Approach" was the theme of the fifty-third an­nual meeting of the Westchester Children's Association on May 2 at the home oi Mrs. Shelby Cullom Davis of Tarrytown.

Succeeding Mrs. George A. Guerdan of Bronxville, Mrs. El­liott Bliss of Chappaqua was elected president for a two-year term. A "flying grandmother", Mrs. Bliss received her pilot's license in 1959 and is the owner and operator of a Pipe Chero­kee. After joining the Children's Association in 1949 through its Pleasantville branch she work­ed on a committee that assists the Division of Family and Child Welfare in the checking of local prices of food and cloth­ing. Later, when she had be­come a member of the WCA ex­ecutive committee, she was ac­tive on the publication benefit committee which is responsible for an annual rotogravure sec­tion published in New York for the benefit of the Children's As­sociation. She has held the of­fice of secretary of the associa­tion for the past four years.

"Our original purpose," said Mrs. Bliss in her acceptance speech, "to find the needs of children, make those needs known, help to meet them, is just as pertinent today as when it was first written. To achieve this goal we expect to use, WCA volunteers who will extend and expand the services of the pro­fessional staff,

Community M e n t a l Health Board, County of Westchester, was guest speaker at the annu­al meeting. Dr. Giges, who is assistant clinical professor of psychiatry at the Albert Ein­stein College of Medicine, spoke on mental health as a commu­nity responsibility and made preliminary comments on the film, "Bold New Approach*', a release of the National Institute of Mental Health.

Keppel of Montrose; Mrs. Herb­ert R. Pilzer of Tarrytown; Mrs. Henry E. Lane of Pleas­antville; John F. Maloney of Chappaqua.

The Westchester Children's Association is supported by ben­efits, by the sale of engagement calendars,-by the publishing of an annual rotogravure section, by membership contributions, and by gifts and legacies. It also participates in the Greater Scarsdale United Fund and Council, the Rye United Fund and the United Fund of North-era Westchester.
