Dear esteemed attendees and guests of the 22nd World Energy Congress:

I am honored and proud that Solar City Daegu is hosting the 2013 World

Energy Congress, the worlds largest event in the field of energy with its 90-year history. Along with the 2.6 million citizens of Daegu, I sincerely welcome

you all to our city and thank you for coming from all across the world to attend

    this Congress.

The 22nd World Energy Congress Daegu, under the theme of Securing

Tomorrows Energy Today, will establish policy direction regarding the Energy

Trilemma: how to secure global energy supplies, promote social equity and

energy access as we mitigate the environmental impact. We are hoping to

achieve tremendous results in all pertinent aspects such as building an energy

related network with accessibility into new markets, business opportunities,

    and investment security.

Daegu, the 3rd largest city in Korea, has played an essential role in the

development and growth of the now thriving Korean economy. With Korea's

traditional textile, machinery and automobile parts industries as a foundation,

    Sincerely,

Kim, BumilMayor of Daegu, Korea (Rep. of)

    WELCOME MESSAGE

    Mayor, Daegu Metropolitan GovernmentWELCOME MESSAGE

Chair, WEC Daegu 2013 Organizing Committee

On behalf of the WEC Daegu 2013 Organizing Committee, I would like to

welcome you to the 22nd World Energy Congress.

The Congress has an unsurpassed reputation for being a global platform for

governments, businesses and experts to debate important energy issues to

meet the needs of both producers and consumers. The theme of the 2013

Congress is Securing Tomorrows Energy Today. In addition to the wide-

ranging discussions about energy security, the environment and sustainable

growth, the Congress is the worlds leading forum to conduct energy business,

with an extensive exhibit space to display cutting-edge technology.

The up to 5,000 participants attending the 2013 Congress have an unprecedented

opportunity to network with top global players, explore business opportunities,

secure investment, and access new markets. No other energy gathering

brings together such a wide range of influential figures, including senior

industry leaders and government ministers. In a challenging global economic

environment, the Congress provides policy makers and business leaders with a

competitive advantage in identifying future energy trends.

WEC Daegu 2013 is particularly noteworthy since it is only the second time in

the events 90 years that it is being held in East Asia, the worlds most dynamic

energy market. The Congress is taking place in Daegu, Koreas green growth

capital, which offers delegates the opportunity to view at first hand the

    countrys sustainable energy development initiatives.

As the chairman of the Organizing Committee, I hope that WEC Daegu 2013

will provide a special opportunity to highlight the role of Korea and the rest of

Asia in the global energy sector.

On behalf of the World Energy Council Korean Member Committee, I would like

to offer a warm welcome to the 22nd World Energy Congress. We are honored

to be hosting one of the biggest international events in Korea this year.

Energy is one of the most pressing issues confronting the world today, and it

also lies at the core of solving numerous global challenges. Many problems

related to energy, such as the depletion of natural resources, environmental

degradation and climate change, are directly threatening mankind. In

response, a transition to a more sustainable energy order must be seriously

    considered.

The future of energy security is much more complex and difficult today,

and countries will have to work together to secure our energy needs in an

economically viable and environmentally sustainable manner.

The 2013 Congress will discuss what kind of actions should be taken to

create a sustainable global energy future. The Congress will also provide an

opportunity to highlight the role of Asia in overcoming the energy challenges

    that the world confronts.

We welcome the participation of delegates and energy companies from the

93 member countries that are members of the World Energy Council. Some of

these countries are energy resource-rich, while others, like Korea, are resource

poor. However, we all share many of the same goals.

We believe that WEC Daegu 2013 will serve as a vital platform to strengthen

cooperation with Asia and the rest of the world in developing a secure and

    sustainable energy future.

As the 22nd World Energy Congress opens in Daegu, I recall that every

journey of a thousand miles begins with a small step. The idea to

hold the Congress in Korea was first broached in 2007, and now this

magnificent journey is culminating in an event that exceeds even our grand

    expectations of six years ago.

One aspect of the Congress that I am very proud of is the Tomorrows Energy

Award, which is sponsored by the Daesung Group, for the most outstanding

papers to be presented at the Congress. A total of some 350 papers from 49

countries were submitted on topics related to the Congress theme of Securing

Tomorrows Energy Today. It is noteworthy that nearly 60 percent of the papers

were submitted from Asia, which underscores the reach and importance of the

World Energy Council. On the final day of the Congress I will have the pleasure

of personally awarding the winners of the four winning papers and six special

    recognition papers.

Finally, on a personal note, with this Congress I embark on a new journey as

I begin my term as WEC Co-chair. The six years I spent as Regional Vice-

chair for Asia Pacific and South Asia have given me a clear understanding

of the many contributions WEC can make as an organization. I look forward

to working with Mme Marie-Jos Nadeau, the incoming WEC chair, to further

enhance WECs standing in the global community.

I would like to express my profound appreciation to all those individuals who

worked so hard to make this Congress a success and welcome everyone to

    Daegu, my hometown.

Frei, ChristophSecretary General, World Energy Council

We are at a time of unprecedented uncertainty for the energy sector. Energy

demand will continue to increase. Energy policy and investment signals have

grown more complex. To make things more daunting, policymakers and

business leaders have to make critical decisions today that will impact on our

energy infrastructure for decades to come. The question is: are we at a tipping

    point?

Energy leaders therefore must be able to make robust long-term investment

decisions to deliver the resilient infrastructure that we all need.

This is why the World Energy Council (WEC) promotes the energy trilemma

approach to delivering sustainable energy systems. Solving the trilemma

requires delivering balanced, predictable, and stable policy frameworks. Only

by achieving this balance can we mitigate political risk, which often keeps the

necessary investments from flowing into energy projects.

In order to better understand what we can do today to deliver the future

we want, we need an impartial, inclusive, and fact-based dialogue. This is

the idea behind the theme of this 22nd World Energy Congress: Securing

    tomorrows energy today.

Over our 90-year history, the WEC has been at the forefront of the energy

debate, driving action around the world. With our unparalleled network of

3,000 organisations in almost 100 countries, we are guiding global energy

thinking, through our energy studies and our international and regional forums.

At this Congress we will be launching and discussing a number of our studies

World Energy Scenarios, World Energy Resources, and World Energy

Trilemma. These studies, plus others, are providing factual basis and a reality

check to inform discussions on our energy future.

This Congress is unique because it brings together the leading international

actors from governments, multilateral institutions, civil society, and all

segments and technologies of the private sector. It is a time to work out new

visions, renew leadership, provide creative new thinking, and deliver new

    partnerships.

I look forward to our discussions at the Congress. Together, we will redraw a

    better global energy map.

I am delighted to welcome you to the World Energy Congress.

The energy landscape has undergone tremendous changes over the last

decade. We are seeing new issues, new constraints, and new opportunities. But the sector is still struggling with some enduring challenges, which we

at the World Energy Council call the energy trilemma how to balance

the competing challenges of energy security, environmental and climate

protection, and energy equity for the worlds 7 billion people.

These changes and challenges provide a sense of urgency that we have

never experienced before. The economic crisis has prompted many countries

to put the competitiveness of their economies and energy supply at the heart

of their policies. In many countries, the current economic context and high oil

price volatility are already having an impact. At the same time, all countries are

facing urgent environmental and climate changes challenges. Our approach

to these challenges must be pragmatic and progressive.

So there is no better venue to host the World Energy Congress than here in

Korea, and especially in Daegu. Korea is recognised throughout the world asa powerhouse of innovation and as a country which has delivered significant

growth for its people. The wider Asian region, including China and Japan,

is seen as being at the epicenter of the energy debate. Therefore, staging

our World Energy Congress here in Daegu, home to many of Koreas major

industries, is ideal for discussing the challenges and opportunities that we all

    face.

The World Energy Congress offers a unique opportunity for all stakeholders of

the energy sector to meet and exchange visions and views, during four days

of intense discussions, roundtables, and exhibitions. In such complex and

uncertain times this event provides the ideal platform for this vital exchange of

experiences and the sharing of feedback.

I welcome energy leaders from across the globe to this the World Energy

    Congress.

    WORLD ENERGY COUNCIL

The World Energy Council (WEC) is the principal impartial network of leaders and practitioners promoting

an affordable, stable and environmentally sensitive energy system for the greatest benefit of all. Formed

in 1923, the WEC is the UN-accredited global energy body, representing the entire energy spectrum,

with more than 3,000 member organizations located in over 90 countries and drawn from governments,

private and state corporations, academia, NGOs and energy-related stakeholders.

The WEC informs global, regional and national energy strategies by hosting high-level events, publishing

authoritative studies and working through its extensive member network to facilitate the energy policy

    dialogue.

Further details at www.worldenergy.organd onTwitter: @WECouncil

    OUR STUDIES

The World Energy Council is recognized for its well researched and authoritative studies

that help policymakers and business leaders to better understand the energy landscape.

These studies will inform the debate with some being unveiled at the World Energy

    Congress:

    WORLD ENERGY SCENARIOS

Unlike many scenarios, which tend to be roadmaps, the WECs World Energy Scenarios

are explorative assessments, providing a realistic vision of the future energy landscape.

These scenarios are built utilizing the expert knowledge from the WECs global leadership

network to ensure that the assumptions used more accurately reflect the reality of the

    energy sector.

The study, to be published at the World Energy Congress, is the result of three years of

research and incorporates extensive quantitative computer modelling results provided by

project partner, the Paul Scherrer Institute.

    WORLD ENERGY RESOURCES

World Energy Resources surveys the global availability and production of all the major

fossil fuel, unconventional, and renewable energy sources, with national and regional

assessment for all of the WECs member countries and regions. The report also assesses

    current and emerging technologies.

The study provides the answers to some of the energy sectors most pressing questions

such as: When will the world run out of oil? What is the status and potential benefits of

shale gas, biomass, wind, solar and other renewable and fossil energy resources?

For over 80 years this highly regarded study has been a reference tool for governments,

industry, investors, international governmental organizations (IGOs), NGOs, and

    academia.

    WORLD ENERGY TRILEMMA

    WORLD ENERGY ISSUES MONITOR

World Energy Trilemma assesses how well countries are addressing the energy trilemma:

how to provide energy securely, mitigate the environmental impact of energy production

and use, and ensure energy is available to all and at an affordable price.

The annual Energy Sustainability Index within the report is the worlds most comprehensive

ranking of country energy policies, identifying areas of success and highlighting aspects

    for improvement.

The study, conducted with project partner Oliver Wyman, provides the backbone to the

WECs ongoing dialogue with industry and policymakers. It identifies how countries and

key stakeholders can put policies and structures in place to deliver sustainable energy

    systems.

World Energy Issues Monitor assesses the issues on top of the global and regional energy

agenda. Using issues mapping, it provides a graphical snapshot of what keeps energy

policymakers, CEOs and experts awake at night.

The study is based on the views of the WECs energy leadership community and is

published at the beginning of each year. This energy sector barometer sets the scene for

the year and will build on the talks held at the World Energy Congress.

    SIGNIFICANCE OF THECONGRESS

WEC DAEGU 2013 THEME AND SIGNIFICANCE"Securing Tomorrow's Energy Today"

    THE CONGRESS THEME >>

The 22nd World Energy Congress is being held in Daegu, Repubilc of Korea from 13-17 October 2013. This

Congress marks the 90th anniversary of the World Energy Council (WEC).

What keeps energy leaders awake at night? The energy world is at a tipping point. Just a few years ago the only

uncertainty in energy was the price of oil. Now we live in a ti me of increasing uncertainty and extraordinary change,

and hard choices. Global economic instability, the shale gas revolution, climate change, huge dynamism in the

price of renewables, post-Fukushima nuclear challenges, shifting geopolitics, the water footprint, and integration

of China and India into international energy institutions are all important factors. Governments used to task their

energy ministers with watching the price of oil. Now energy has become a primary concern for prime ministers and

    presidents.

Securing a sustainable energy future is a real challenge for global energy leaders. It can only be achieved by

balancing the triple challenge, as WEC calls Energy Trilemma, of energy security, energy equity (energy access

and affordability) and environmental sustainability (climate change and local pollution). Achieving this balance,

more than ever before, relies upon coordinated action between policymakers and industry l eaders. In order to better

understand what we can do today to deliver the future we want, these is a need for impartial, inclusive, and fact-

based dialogue. This is the idea behind the theme of this 22nd World Energy Congress: Securing tomorrows energy

today. It is time to get real in developing tomorrows energy today. Action is needed now.

THE SIGNIFICANCE OF THE CONGRESS >>

Active in nearly 100 countries, the World Energy Council has been at the forefront of the energy debate for nearly a

century, guiding l ong term thinking and driving action around the world to make energy sustainable for all. To make

the right decisions at a tipping point, we need neutral, fact-based, and reliable information. The WEC brings together

knowledge from a global community of energy leaders and hosts the worlds premier energy event every three years,

    the World Energy Congress.

Let us be quite clear about the importance of the 2013 Daegu World Energy Congress. More than 5,000 global

energy leaders, including 50-60 ministers, from over 100 countries are not coming to Daegu for cocktails and

diplomatic chatter. They have a very serious agenda. One thing they will learn through sharing with other countries

experiences is that every government is struggling with the Energy Trilemma todays triple energy challenge of

providing secure, affordable, and environmentally sustainable energy.

    The Right Timing >>

The provision of secure, affordable, and environmentally sustainable energy has never been a hotter issue as a top

table topic for global leaders. While traditional investment signals remain relevant oil prices continue to fluctuate,

for example they have become more complex and have grown in number. We are seeing the i mpacts of the shale

gas revolution, a delinking of oil and gas prices in some markets, renewables and nuclear challenges, uncertaintyabout CO2 prices, and on-going concern about the energy-food-water nexus. The United States looks set to achieve

energy independence within five years a prospect unthinkable only very recently.

The UN Secretary General himself has put energy back on the development agenda for the first time in decades,

positioning it at the very center of the UNs Millennium Development Goals. This priority signifies the importance of

identifying a coordinated, long term view on broadening access to energy, making it safer and cleaner and ensuring

    more secure methods of supply.

Decision making has never been influenced by such a wide range of factors, nor has it ever been more important.

Investment signals are more numerous, more complex and change at faster speeds than ever before. The role of the

Daegu Congress is to help global energy leaders make sense of these rapidly changing signals and f orm a cohesive

framework within which future development work can be planned.

    The Right Place >>

In the changing energy scene, we see a shift in focus from the West to the East. Demand is growing at a

ferocious rate in Asia, driven by population growth and a burgeoning middle class, which require more and

wider access to energy sources. The shift is true for new and old energy resources and technologies alike, with China, for example, i nvesting heavily in clean energy, Japan working hard to make nuclear safer and more

reliable, and Korea fast becoming one of the continents hot spots for LNG. Moreover, the shale gas revolution is

pushing North American gas supplies to Asia, and Russia now wants to reposition itself as a reliable partner with

    Asia.

This growth in energy demand is a clear demonstration of the shift eastwards. The global energy map is being

redrawn. Given the rising importance of Asia, the location for the Daegu World Energy Congress this year is all

    the more appropriate.

All eyes are naturally on China. But lets not forget that Korea is politically equidistant from the key players. It has

a track record of investing in green growth. It is one of the test-beds of smart gri d technologies and is one of the

largest importers of LNG. Given its industrial and technological heritage, Korea has a very meaningful role to

    play in these vital discussions.

    The Right People >>

What makes this Congress in Daegu so timely and special is that it brings together the leading international

players, on the governmental and business sides, at the tipping point in this global energy transformation. Never

before has an energy event had the proactive, public backing of presidents of two regional powerhouses (Korea

and China). Neither has such a diversity of cross-sector audience interests been addressed so comprehensively

    at one gathering.

No other event brings together such a wide range of high-level decision makers, covering government,

business, diplomatic and academic spheres. Nor have other events attracted the same level of government

support, with the Presidents of Korea and China publicly endorsing the Congress as the most prestigious energy

    event this year.

China is participating for the first time in a significant way in the World Energy Congress and is fielding the

largest foreign delegation. Russia is also placing huge importance on the event and its delegation of officials

and business executives is led by the energy minister.

    The Right Questions >>

Three years ago, when we set the theme for the 22nd World Energy Congress Securing Tomorrows Energy

Today we were in the peak oil period. The theme summarizes the critical point at which the world finds itself, with the outlook, i nvestment signals and routes forward more complex than ever before.

In addition now, there are several key topics that need consensus and resolution: the shale gas and Asian

LNG markets, renewables, nuclear, funding, and governance. These five core issues help to frame the debate

about technology, sustainability, safety, and investment. There are common themes across the range of energy

technologies, from nuclear to coal and from shale gas to solar, wind and hydro.

One of todays big questions is whether the world is adequately equipped to deal with the evolution required in

order to achieve the key global energy objectives. How will todays markets and technologies change to deliver

    tomorrows energy?

    WEC DAEGU 2013 - 4 DAYS, 4 THEMES

VISION AND SCENARIOS FOR THE FUTURE

    October 14 (Mon), 2013

We focus on myths, challenges and realities of our energy future, including those about a doubling of electricity

consumption by 2050, doubling or even quadrupling of CO2 emissions during the same period, and pathways to

providing access to the 1.2 billion people without electricity services and 2.8 billion people without clean cooking facilities.

    Key items on the agenda are: how governance plays a role in future energy and climate scenarios; the realities ofrenewable energy and storage technologies; rethinking the contribution of nuclear power to the global energy mix;

the changing role of coal and the future of CCUS; how the rapidly growing demand for transport will play out; the

future of fusion; the role of RD&D; the impact of the shale gas revolution and the changing Asian LNG markets; and

how to deliver regional integration in Latin America.

No one can predict the future, but we can see signals of what is to come. WECs new World Energy Scenarios:

Composing Energy Futures to 2050, has identified some of these signals and built two scenarios - Jazz and

Symphony. These scenarios are designed to help a range of stakeholders address the trilemma of achieving

energy security, energy equity, and environmental sustainability. In a Symphony world, we will take this as a call

for greater urgency to adopt a global deal and coordinated action. In a Jazz world, we will take this as a call to

redefine physical, economic, and social resilience. Both Jazz and Symphony provide us with valuable guidance and

highlight that we must prevent ideological discussions that will only slow down the finding of effective solutions to

face the challenges ahead. Regional priorities differ and so there is no one-size-fits-all solution to tomorrows energy

    challenges.

DAY 1 includes WEC Insights Roundtable, an invitation only exclusive space and an opportunity to have brief

presentations and discussions of WECs agship studies and other perspective reports.

IDENTIFYING THE BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES IN RESOURCES AND TECHNOLOGIES

    October 15 (Tue), 2013

The second day's programme focuses on righting misunderstandings as well as the realities regarding the energy

    resources and technologies, including those on when the world will run out of oil; how much shale gas there is;

what role technology has to play in putting them to use; and what finance will be needed to meet tomorrows energy

    opportunities.

Key items on the agenda are: the realities vs. the expectations of the shale gas revolution and how this will change

North America and beyond; the geopolitics of natural gas markets and the rise of national oil companies; what can

be the next shale gas; how to finance tomorrows energy; the risks of financing energy projects and innovations to be

on the look out for; the role of unexploited hydropower; how governance plays a role in nuclear safety; the future for

Eurasian and Far-Eastern energy markets; and the possibilities for global integration across clean energy markets.

Looking at the results of the most recent WECs World Energy Resources, which is published by the World Energy

Council every three years, the changes in the energy industry over the past 20 years have been significant. The

growth in energy consumption has been higher than anticipated, but there are more energy resources in the world

today than 20 years ago or ever before. The increase in resource assessments in many cases can partially be

attributed to the deployment of new, more efficient technologies. The recent shale gas activities clearly demonstrate

the role of technology. The general message emerging from the survey confirms that the main fossil fuels: coal, oil

and natural gas are plentiful and will last for decades to come. However, the role of renewables has also changed

dramatically over the past 20 years.

DAY 2 includes WELS (World Energy Leaders Summit), which is organized twice a year for the WEC's global

energy leaders community to enable an on-going high-level dialogue on critical issues affecting the energy

world. Participation is by invitation only and exclusively for the WECs Patron and Global Partner CEOs, and

    selected guests and experts.

THE ENERGY TRILEMMA: POLICY SOLUTIONS TO SECURE PROSPERITY

    October 16 (Wed), 2013

Day three addresses the Energy Trilemma todays triple energy challenge of providing secure, affordable, and

environmentally sustainable energy. Each of the three dimensions of the trilemma is vital to economic and social

development. However, perspectives on the urgency of the three pillars vary by country. While many countries are

very focused on energy security, as it is critical to fuelling economic growth, there is more variability when it comes

to energy access and affordability, and even more so for the environmental sustainability pillar. One of the key routesto overcoming this trilemma and providing a truly gl obal sustainable energy system will be to fi nd policy solutions to

    securing prosperity.

Key items on the agenda are: ministerial dialogues on energy in transition; the success stories of balancing the

energy trilemma and how to achieve a triple A of the national energy policy; the climate negotiation gaps; the future

of the nuclear industry; how to roll out renewable energy; the challenges of biofuels and the nexus of energy, water

    and food; the changing oil price discovery process; analyzing the potential of the EUs collaborative energy market;

the inclusion of green growth in Asia; the challenges faced by MENA as well as Russias new energy strategies.

These discussions will delve into all three aspects of the Energy Trilemma and different priorities will emerge

depending on countries, sectors or individuals. The 10-point agenda for change proposed by the WEC will highlight

the areas where we could achieve real breakthroughs in balancing the three dimensions. The insights came from

public and private decision makers from 41 different countries, and included: 46 ministers, policymakers and

regulators representing 26 governments that legislate a combined 2.5 billion people; 45 executives representing 44

companies based in 22 different countries, accounting for over US$2 trillion of annual revenue; 12 representatives

from nine inter-governmental organizations; and seven representatives from six more international forums.

DAY 3 features the Ministerial Roundtable. It is an opportunity to meet ministerial peers from around the

world and to discuss the conclusions of the World Energy Councils on-going studies. Participation is byinvitation only and is exclusively reserved for ministers and selected high-level guests.

    SECURING A SUSTAINABLE ENERGY FUTURE

    October 17 (Thu), 2013

The final day of the 2013 Congress focuses on a long-term solution to economic growth, climate and environmental

protection, and poverty eradication. We also need to connect the dots between water, food and energy security,

health, education, and gender equality. None of these goals can be achieved without energy. Energy needs to lead

the way and sustainable energy for all will be the key to a solution. Sustainable development is no l onger an option,

it is a necessity. The global aspirations on sustainable energy for all are destined to fail unless decisive and urgent

actions are taken to both develop and transform the energy system.

Key items on the agenda are: what 2012 the UN year of Sustainable Energy for All (SE4ALL) has achieved, the

way forward, the aspects of the SE4ALL, i.e. energy access, renewables and energy efficiency; how to lead faster

development for African energy infrastructure; what gaps must be closed when it comes to improving safety

standards and getting socio-environmental license to operate; the future of smart gri d and innovative ways to shapeutilities business; the technological solutions for waste to energy.

By 2030, the UN SE4ALL calls for: (1) the achievement of universal access to electricity and modern cooking

solutions; (2) doubling of the share of renewable energy in the global energy mix; (3) doubling of the historic trend

in the rate of improvement of energy efficiency. This initiative is not talking about charity, but about transforming the

global energy system, real i nvestment.

DAY 4 features the GEI (Global Electricity Initiative) Roundtable. The aim of this invitation only roundtable will

be to bring together global utility CEOs to exchange and promote understanding in achieving climate goals

and energy access in a closed, informal setting. The WEC is placing GEI at the forefront in the context of the

    UN SE4ALL goals.

By utilizing historical operation data, PHI automatically builds up prediction patterns, comparesto real-time pattern data and provides early warning of abnormalities. To detect equipment failure inadvance, the sophisticated PHI training engine is designed to model normal operation patterns of eachcritical equipment by interfacing an existing real-time historian infrastructure. PHI detects the minutestchanges of equipment by comparing the normal operation patterns with real-time operation data. PHImeasures differences between real-time operating conditions and expected normal operating conditions, and then it provides an early warning when the difference exceeds a certain set point determined by theviewpoint of safety and efficiency. Users are able to recognize the signs for equipment failure and preventit in advance, and optimize maintenance work. -OMS(Operation-margin Monitoring System) : OMS is thesmart operation monitoring system that monitors a large number of analog signals at a glance. Whileoperating the plant, OMS facilitates early recognition of operation abnormality causing the plant trip inreal-time operation. OMS converts operating ranges of signals to the percentage value from normal totrip status. Also, it generates alarms whenever operation margin of trip related signal decreases beyondunacceptable level. OMS provides the easy configuration tool for users, so users are able to manage OMS

signals and groups and set up ranges of each signal with manual or automatic setting function. UsingOMS not only operators but plant engineers and managers can view the operating status of completeplant. Multiple units as well as multiple plants can be incorporated on a single radar chart to get view ofall units operation condition at a glance for executive managers or headquarters.
