To meet product delivery requirements Cost control & Cost production Labour Management Work closely with quality personnel to review product consistency while monitoring scrap rates to determine trends and areas of improvement. Provide leadership for the successful day-to-day operation of the facility. Analyze workforce requirements. Develop and execute the plant manufacturing budgets. Analyze workforce requirements. Coordinate the relationship with our union workforce force and negotiate union contracts as needed. Direct and control all factory staffs to ensure that they are properly motivated, trained and developed, and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards and in accordance with health, safety standards.
