As I explain at the start of every show, I have been working with the guys at Aussie Speeding Fines for a number of years now, promoting the excellent work that they do informing and educating the motoring public about their rights. And, in conjunction with a number of different groups, we have now formed the new Know Your Rights group and we are committed to finding new ways to wake people up to the truth in regards to what is really going on in the world. We would especially like to thank John, who runs RAT FM for this great opportunity to do these broadcasts over his new digital radio network.

This is now our 27th official broadcast and we would like to welcome any new listeners to the show and extend a very warm welcome back to all our regular listeners as well.

Those podcasts include a wide range of topics and interviews and cover things like: unjust and unlawful traffic fines, the ultimate banking fraud, why personal tax is voluntary and the fact that the ATO is not a legal entity and the importance of the Commonwealth Constitution. So there's lots of great information up on-line now for all listeners – new and old alike - to refer to in case you have missed anything or want a refresh on a topic we have previously covered.

As always, the point of these broadcasts is to inform and educate people about the truth and about their rights. It still amazes and concerns me how many people are still brainwashed by the government propaganda about things like speeding fines - "Speed Kills" and "Every K over is a killer", people who still don't see that 9/11 was an inside job or understand the fraud that is perpetrated by the banking elite every day.

And, once people do get their head around some of those basic truths, we want to give people strategies and techniques for taking action against these injustices and helping to set things right again.

I want to quickly remind everyone that we ran our very successful Brisbane seminar just a few weeks back and our next seminar is on in Sydney on Saturday the 21st of February, which is now less than two weeks away.

And, just a reminder for those who missed it, we have now locked in the Manly leagues Club as the venue for the seminar and that is located near the beautiful Northern Beaches of Sydney, at 563 Pittwater Road in Brookvale.

Unfortunately, we have only had about 20 people register their interest in us conducting a seminar in both SA and WA and, we know from past experience that only about 75% of those who register an interest actually end up purchasing a ticket. The simply reality is that with the extra cost of flights, plus accommodation and the extra assistance we would need over there, those figures simply don’t add up. So, what we are asking is for those of you who are in either Perth or Adelaide to rally up your troops and get them to either e-mail us or express their interest in us doing a seminar there and, if we get the numbers, we will make it happen.

We have tentatively selected the 21st of March as a potential date for a seminar in one of those cities but, again, we simply have to know that we have enough people willing to purchase tickets to cover our cost before we can lock that in. So, once again, as with most things this year, whether or not that goers ahead, will be entirely up to you.

A number of people are also starting to hear more and more about the incredible feedback that we have received from these seminars – which you can read and see for yourself at the bottom of our Seminar page – and many people have remarked that there is simply nothing out there like what we are presenting.

Sadly, there are other groups out there that charge twice as much but offer half of the content and people are feeling ripped off – and rightly so – and are therefore a little bit wary of attending “yet another” seminar. It is important to note that we only present tried and tested strategies that Darryl and I have used ourselves to achieve results. The only theoretical information that we present is brand new stuff like the Terra Nullius info that I mentioned earlier and that is

simply from the perspective of letting people know what other areas we are still researching.

The simple fact is that the information that we present at these seminars works – period. Now, we don’t want to say anything negative about any other presentations, seminars or workshops that you may have heard about but we would recommend that you ask them for some kind of proof that what they will be teaching you actually works before committing your hard earned money, as well as your precious time, to them.

And, the final point that I want to make about these seminars, before moving on, is this. We are looking at conducting another seminar in Melbourne very shortly to cater to the many people that were unable to attend our first one in November last year – we give everyone prospective dates once we sort out what is or isn’t happening with Perth.

A number of people have expressed that they would be interested in attending our seminars for a second time to catch up on any new information and to go over some of the more complex ideas that they heard the first time around. Accordingly, they have asked us if there will be a discount for attending a second time and we will, in fact, be offering a 50% discount to all attendees who want to come back to one of our seminars.

Darryl and I have also spoken about the importance of getting this information into the minds of young people as much as possible so that they can start learning all the things that we now know in our 40s and 50s at a much earlier age. So, to help make that happen, for the Sydney seminar and all future seminars, we will be offering a free ticket to any teenager that attends with any paying adult. So, if this is relevant to you, please include a note with your ticket purchase or send us an e-mail afterwards, informing us that you have a teenager attending with you and their name and they will get access to the exact same information and the exact same workbook as all the adults.

Hopefully this will show people how serious we are about getting this message out there and how important it is for young people to start seeing the world differently, not the way they have brainwashed into seeing it from the current education system. If nothing else, it should be a great way for them to start seriously questioning things and finding answers that sit with them, rather than just being told what to do by someone in power – now, who thinks that makes sense!

Again, please do book your tickets sooner rather than later if this applies because we really do need to lock down our numbers due to the size of the anticipated venue – especially in Sydney. And, one final point that I want to make before our break is that the guys at Operate in the Private have contacted us and explained that they are now aware of a number of organisations that are charging $2,000 to $2,500 to set up private foundations for people. And, whilst they continue to support what we are doing and they will continue to extend exceptional offers to our members, they feel that they are actually losing business because they are charging too little and people feel like there must be something missing because they aren’t charging enough.

The fact is that nothing could be further from the truth. We have heard that some people haven’t received their ATM cards when they have set up a foundation with other groups, we have heard of a few people having their foundation accounts closed because other groups haven’t set them up correctly and a number of other issues. We also heard that some groups are charging an “assistance fee”, over and above the cost of setting up the foundations and all that people are getting for that is a copy of less paperwork and information that the Operate in the Private guys give up front for free anyway.

So, as a result, as of the 15th of February – which is next Sunday - the cost of having a private foundation set up will be increasing from $750 to $950. This is still less than half what others are charging and comes with a lot more information than others provide.

Just to clarify, when you set up a foundation with them, you get an extensive set of Frequently Asked Questions, you get not one but two no fee accounts set up for you with Westpac Bank. Those accounts can include a cheque book if you like and also include ATM Mastercard Debit cards that can be used anywhere in the world. You also get copies of actual ATO forms verifying the self-assessing status of private foundations as well as the ATO form you need to provide any supplier to chow that you have an ABN exemption – they even include a sample form to show you exactly how to fill that out. On top of that, you also get sample letterhead templates for your foundation and details of how to set up an actual Paypal account for your Foundation as well – which is something that many other groups tell you can’t be done.

So, that’s what I want to focus on again as we finish this week’s show – taking action. As I have said a few times before, you can start small if you like – register your interest in our local government class action, which you can do via www.localgovernmentclassaction.com and just let us know that you would be interested in taking part in a class action against local councils and heir ridiculous, ever increasing rates and parking fines schemes. Let’s return these agencies back to the role of State departments – where they belong – not out lawlessly acting as a third tier of government and supposedly writing their own by-laws which they have no Constitutional right to do.

Go to our Local Government page and download the flyer relevant to your State and send it off with the cover letter that you can also download from that page to your local MP and see if they can answer those few simple questions.

Join up as a Facebook Member and help us spread the word on social media. We have just reached 3,600 Members on the Know Your Rights Facebook group and the Aussie Speeding Fines group has just over 6,00 members. Be sure to share posts that we put up there with other on your own page and through other groups that you may also be a part of.

We are currently in the process of designing some business cards and stickers for the Know Your Rights group and, as soon as we have those ready, we will let everyone know.

The point is that there is a wealth of information available and it is all easily accessible on just 2 websites – you just need to actually access it, learn it and then use it!

Now, speaking of podcasts, we have had a number of people ask if it is possible to get copies of the podcasts on CD and we do now have those available on our website. You will find the link about a third of the way down the Radio Show page, under the heading Podcast CDs.

We have burnt and printed a number of twin CD packs and those packs contain 2 CDs that have all 25 of our current podcasts on them in an mp3 format. Most modern CD players will play those files directly from those CDs, otherwise, you can upload them to your iphone or tablet if you like as well.

It is important to note that these are the fully edited podcasts that have had all the music removed so it’s just the pure 1 and a half hours or so of straight content from each podcast, which equates to about 40 hours worth of content on those 2 CDs. This CDs span 7 months worth of Membership, which would

on that website and then, once people have their heads around those various topics, they can then go onto dedicated websites such as Aussie Speeding Fines, CLRG and the soon to be developed Bank Secrets Revealed sites to find our more specific detailed information about these various topics.

Speaking of CLRG, they are holding their weekly meeting at the Victorian Railway Institution Hall, which is located at 128 Queen Street Warragul tomorrow night. As always we highly recommend those meetings to anyone who would like a great introduction to the Constitution especially and the beginners kick off at 7pm and the main event starts at 7.30pm.

Also, we are slowly but surely building up a regular base of listeners for the Know Your Rights show and we will be doing more research and hopefully talking to some new people about all kinds of topics that concern our freedoms and Constitutional rights so be sure to block off your Tuesday nights between 8 and 10pm and, if you can't listen in live for some reason, be sure to check for our podcasts which will now be uploaded each week so you can listen in to all your favourite parts of the show.

As I say each week, these shows don't write themselves, it takes about 4 hours or more each week to prepare for each 2 hour show. Craig:How do i prove to someone that i am a living beneficiary and not a dead/fictitious corporate identity? Is there documentation to supply proof of this?

Just got back from court. Did not go how i imagined. When i handed the magistrate the asserevation i wrote saying i was the beneficiary of the trust etc, he said 'oh dear' then had a flick through it. Then he asked my name. i said peter. Then he cracked the shits and had a winge about what i had just done. then he said well if you’re not PETER VAN EEDE then sit at the back of the

court. Then he had another winge and said there would be a bench warrant against PETER VAN EEDE and i would be arrested. he said the last person to do that stayed in custody for 5 days before they changed their story. so i wasn't interested in being arrested right there so i entered the court again and i said my name wast peter Gregory of the van eede bloodline. the magistrate said that’s close enough for me. then the charges were read out. he asked if i understood each one. to which i said no. then he had a go at me saying 'do you have a mental health problem?'

the matter has been adjourned to the 29th of jan.

the magistrate basically said in his rant that the Law issued Motu Proprio is a load of rubbish and applies only to the religious.

Glen:How powerful is your signature? When signing forms for Government agencies where you are instructed to fill in your details in block letters and use only black ir blue ink, I like to fill the form in without block lettering and always sign in red ink. That makes a big difference and I get satisfaction telling the public servant behind the desk when they complain..."you just don't understand you are a servant and always will be unless you fight" I think they hate me.

DavidCan someone enlighten me about a STALKER MOBILE RADAR. This is used in Melbourne Victoria. If you have any understanding about it's use, for example, Are there restrictions to it's use. I have been advised they can only be used in 80km zones and above. UNLESS the user is stationary then they can be used in any zone. Look forward to hearing from you !!!Suz

I have decided to buy a notebook and write down: date/time/location/ comments, every time I see "monkeys in the bushes" (cops and speed radars by the side of the road). I'll write "I confirm I was definitely going under 60, so if I get a speeding fine, I'm going to court".

I have a suspicion, last time I was going under 60 but I got a fine saying I was going 68! So I'm going to keep record from now. No more cheating me! And if I was speeding, then I'll write that down for my own sanity haha.

Truthin Love

Posted a video entitled GREY STATE it does go for well over 2hrs but if you have just started to get into what mike and I are telling you about then you will at some stage watch this. It’s very confrontational and doesn’t hold back on telling you just what atrocities are going on in the world.

TimHi ... just received a speeding camera fine by post, due date 10th Feb 2015 ... allegedly doing 72k in a 60k zone 8:08pm Xmas eve on Ewingsdale Hill , Pacific Highway just above Byron Bay ... usually remember the speed camera and slow to 50k ... vagued out this time thinking about Xmas ... no other vehicle close to me at the time ... asking me to PAY NOW $109.00 and loose two points. Clean license for years with full points.Searched files here ... can anyone please fast-track me to any example of someone winning against such a ticket or at least not losing license points ... don't really want to spend the time going to court, wasting money I don't have, or losing license points. Cheers.

I am in many groups and I think it wise to start to have an alternative communication system in place soon. GregallanI was told yesterday by a dirty gay cop in orange that I cannot video tape while he does a search on my car. At 1st it was (illegal.) then just (rude) to video him.. Can someone tell me if I can video these terrorist? Is there really a law firm on the coast that will bring charges against cops? If I video them breaking the laws?Robert

I contacted VicRoads with a question "why there is an expiration date on our Driver's and Boat licences? I have passed the test and paid the fees. Why do our licences expire? “They have emailed me a correspondence number but still no official response. In my opinion its pure money extraction. $191 to renew the boat license, in my case. Otherwise I'm incapable to operate a vehicle unless they are paid.
