Appetizers to Appeal to the Senses

Cheese Curds

Gooey, Yummy. Made from Wisconsin processed cheese. Also available with Pepper Jack cheese or Bleu Cheese. Served with a tangy horseradish sauce. 5.

Chicken Wings

A crispy outside texture along with a moist, savory interior makes this appetizer to die for. Can be served plain with our homemade barbeque sauce or buffalo style for a little zing. 6.

Quesadilla

We take some corn tortillas and stuff them with cheese, cheese, and more cheese. Being in Wisconsin there is never enough cheese. Served with sour cream and a home style salsa. 6.

Onion Rings

Get a heaping pile of our fan favorite crispy rings. These white onions are fried and then served with creamy ranch dressing and spicy Cajun mustard. 5.

Bruschetta

We take our homemade French bread and slice it on the bias. We then add our special topping to them and crisp them up. Served with a fresh, smooth, garlic, tomato, basil spread for your enjoyment. 6.

Steak Au Poivre

Pan seared beef tenderloin coated in crushed peppercorns and other spices. Cooked to your discretion with roasted seasonal vegetables and a blackberry sauce. 25.

Black and Bleu Burger **

This burger includes a slice of tomato, lettuce, and red onion. This sandwich has an earthy flavor that soothes the pallet. Served on a white, wheat, potato, or rye bun with a creamy potato salad. 21.

Lobster Tail

An elegant entre slowly poached in garlic butter for tenderness with a pair of shrimp for company. This dish comes with parmesan crusted potatoes and julienned vegetables with a tomato rose for garnish. 33.

Grilled Shrimp

Seven succulent shrimp skewered and grilled over a wood fire. These little beauties are served over a bed of a wild rice medley with snow peas and our world famous roasted garlic butter. Can be served over pasta. 23.

Chicken Cordon Bleu

This is the moistest chicken youll ever have. We pound out a chicken breast and stuff it with Wisconsin Swiss cheese and hickory smoked ham. We then pan fry this creation to a golden crisp. 22.

Cheeseburger Meatloaf

Just like my mother used to make. A savory, cheesey, hamburger-like loaf with a ketchup, mustard glaze and French fried onions. Comes with a baked potato loaded up any way you like. 20.

Blackened Fish of the Day Stuffed with Jambalaya **

The combination of spicy fish and mild jambalaya go so well together. A slight char on two fish filets and stuffed with a sausage, chicken jambalaya. Served with snow pea pods. Price Varies.

This dish has a Mediterranean feel to it. Homemade pasta with a tomato basil sauce, white onion, and loaded with shrimp, scallops, crab, and mussels. You need a second stomach for this one. 28.

A butter, brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon sauce with bananas. We flamb this dish with banana and praline liquor tableside and serve over pecan praline ice cream. 8.

Tie-Dye Cheesecake

A rainbow of colors is layered over a red velvet cake. This dessert really brings you back to the 1960s. 5.

Tenderloin Tips
