Hooters out of school club

PFA Valentine’s Disco This much anticipated annual event takes place next Wednesday between 6-8pm. As you will know if you have attended the previous discos, we have a great night. There will be all the usual activities such as the bouncy castle and the actual disco with our regular DJ, Mr Flinn. Alongside these we have games, tuck shop and a mixture of balloon modeling and nail art etc. Do come along and enjoy the evening with your friends. We welcome any help from parents, extra hands make the whole evening go smoothly. If you are able to help please let us know in the school office and if you have a

particular skill let us know!

A Reminder… that school closes for the half term holiday on 13th February at 3.20pm. We return on Monday 23rd February at 8.50am. This is a chance for our children to re-charge ready for 100% attendance in the following half term!

Bobble Hat Day was celebrated this week by children and staff wearing their bobble hats to assembly. This is in support of Age Concern and voluntary donations were taken in the school office. If you have supported us in this fundraising, thank you very much.

Congratulations to Alicia Howells for all her recent success with her rabbit pictured above. We have taken great delight in school in celebrating all the news Alicia has shared with us and we look forward to hearing about further successes in the future. Well done!

Fire Nights at Freddy’s is a 14+ game and it has come to our attention that there are several children playing this game at home, especially in Year 4, where the children are 8/9 years old. This game is a horror game and has been reported to be totally unsuitable for children so young. I have a list of children who have played this game at home but think it’s worth letting all parents know so you can be vigilant. I certainly wouldn’t want my child anywhere near this one.
