MY GOALS / MY INTENTIONS:WEEK OF: May 26, 2013 – June 1, 2013
IF NOT ACCOMPLISHED, WHY?1.2.3.
THIS WEEK I WILL:
1. Organize my closet
2. Work Out i.e. hikes; yoga etc…3. Reschedule appointments and cancel appointments.
POSSIBLE OBSTACLES:1. My restlessness from my new medications; laziness.2. Mood (it is constantly changing); weather.3. Procrastination
PLANS TO OVERCOME OBSTACLES:1. I am going to push through and not let my laziness or medical side effects affect me; I understand that I have to think “MIND OVER MATTER”2. Push myself to work out and if the weather does not permit for me to attend yoga or do outdoor activities I will do yoga at home and work out in my gym downstairs.
3. Just do it!!!
