We are interested in supporting applications which will improve quality of life for people in Stratford Upon Avon. Please tell us:

Why your project is needed What impact your project will have on the quality of life of Stratford’s residents

JSNA, Health & Wellbeing Strategy, Director of Public Health Report and other strategies and plans which reference local need.

Evaluating previous projects or seeking feedback on a pilot project.

We also want to know what difference your application will make. You should link this section to the outcome you listed at the start of this application form. Outcomes are best described using words of change, such as: 'more', 'better', 'less' or 'improved'. In some cases outcomes may involve keeping a situation stable, or stopping things from getting worse.
