Pack Fundraiser IdeasUnit Money-Earning Application Form and Guide: http://www.scouting.org/filestore/pdf/34427.pdf
Generally, any pack participating in the Trails End Popcorn Fundraiser, and has completed the pack budgeting process, will be eligible to pursue other fundraising options as long as the products being sold are quality products, and the product or service upholds the good name of the BSA and reflects Scouting’s basic values. Packs may not solicit donations from individuals or businesses. The list below represents a brainstorm of ideas and does not constitute a “pre-approved” list of fundraisers.

Vendor Event – Many direct sales vendors selling in the same place. Scouts could do the advertising, set-up, clean-up, and charge a per-table fee, which is easier to manage than a commission.
