The upgrade to Version 11 of AnyComms Plus introduces this new feature of resetting your password yourself. To successfully use it, you will need your user name, be aware of the email address attached to your AnyComms Plus account, and the memorable word. You will of course, have to go through the process of setting your memorable word as described previously.

Of course, you can always contact the service desk on 0116 4541110 to reset your account as well.
