VIRTUS, Child Safety TrainingA VIRTUS, Safety of Children training session will take place on Thursday, September 4 th , from 6:00 - 9:00PM in the parish hall. All parish ministers and groups members whose activity brings them into contact with children and teens, and all school volunteers must be VIRTUS trained. All other parishioners are cordially invited to participate. You will find the session interesting and informative. The training is offered in both English and Spanish. No children please! Live Scan Fingerprinting Session

If you are an active volunteer in any parish ministry or group and have not been fingerprinted, we will have a session here at Saint Ferdinand. Appointments are done on first come, first served basis. Please call the Rectory at 818-365-3967 to make an appointment. Please be sure to arrive on time and bring a valid identification with you.

ALTAR SERVERS CLASSAll boys and girls in 4th grade and up are invited to be Altar Servers! You must have your parent’s permission, have already received your First Holy Communion and attend the meetings on the following dates: September 10th & September 12th

from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. in the church. We invite students from all of our public and private schools.

NOCTURNAL ADORATION OF THE BLESSED SACRAMENT

We will have Nocturnal Adoration on August 29, 2014 from 7:00 PM – 12:00 Midnight. This takes place every last Friday of the month! Come and join us!

SESION DE ENTRENAMIENTO DE VIRTUS
