Apprenticeships 4 England Training Provider Awards 2015 are to reward training providers, who have excelled in contributing to the development of Apprenticeship programmes in England. These Awards will showcase and celebrate the achievements of those who have exceeded expectations and shown a dynamic approach to training, demonstrated initiative and enterprise, innovation and creativity, and shown an understanding of, and commitment to the improvement of quality & skills development in the delivery of Apprenticeships. Apprenticeships 4 England Training Provider Awards 2015 are to reward

training providers, who have excelled in contributing to the development of Apprenticeship

programmes in England.

These Awards will showcase and celebrate the achievements of those who have exceeded expectations and shown a dynamic approach to training, demonstrated initiative and enterprise, innovation and creativity, and shown an understanding of, and commitment

to the improvement of quality & skills development in the delivery of Apprenticeships.The Awards offer organisations the chance to be recognised and rewarded for

their commitment, hard work, achievements and success in deliveringApprenticeship programmes in England.

Finalists of the Apprenticeship 4 England Training Provider of the Year Award categories will each be invited to attend the prestigious black tie award ceremony which will be

held at the Grand Connaught Rooms, London on the evening of 3rd March 2015Winners will also receive a specially designed trophy at the Awards.

The Awards are sponsored by SmartAssessor.

Training ProviderLarge Prime (over 2000 apprenticeships a year) Training Provider Medium l Prime (up to 1000-2.000 apprenticeships a year) Training Provider Small (up to 1000 apprenticeships a year)

Training Provider Sub Contractor

The Awards are free to enter and the closing date for receipt of completed applications is 12.00 (noon) January. 10th 2015

These award recognises the significant contribution made by Training providers/Colleges and Businessesin supporting and delivering apprenticeships in England.

Entries should demonstrate how the approach taken by your organisation in the delivery of Apprenticeships:

Has a focus on the learner.

Has had a significant impact on learner performance.

Has seen Apprenticeship programmes developed in collaboration with employers to meet their business needs.

Offers additional support and resource (above the norm) to ensure that learners and employers achieve the aims of their Apprenticeship programme.

Has seen you develop Apprenticeship programmes which seek to address the additional needs of learners and the wider community.

JudgingThere are only a few rules that apply to the Apprenticeship 4 England Training Provide Awards, these are:

•All application forms must be received by 12.00 (noon) on 10th January 2015.•Incomplete or late application forms will not be considered.•The Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

Finalists will be notified by email and telephone, no later than 1st week February 2015

What is the judging process?All completed entries will be assessed by an independent panel of judges under the chairmanship of TBC, the panel will then prepare a shortlist of Finalists for each award. Finalist will be notified 2nd week of February.2015
