Accessing the App Store

Android

To start downloading and buying items on the Google Play Store app, you need to add a Google Account on your device.

Your account can be your Gmail address or username on a Google-hosted domain. You can add more than one Google Account

on your device.

Here's how to add a Google Account on your device:

1. Open your device's main Settings menu.

2. Under "Accounts", touch + Add account.

3. Select Google .

4. Choose Existing (if you want to add an account you already have) or New (if you want to create a new one).

5. Follow the instructions to add your account.

1. Type “workday

”in the Search field.

Accessing Workday from a Mobile DeviceIn order to complete tasks from your mobile device you must first install the Workday App onto that device.This job aid provides instructions on how to complete this install.

1. From your mobile device, access the “Apple App” store or Google’s “Play Store” store.

2. Search for the word “Workday” and install the Workday App. NOTE: On Android devices, you will need to accept the App security settings.

3. Open the newly installed Workday App from your mobile device.

NOTE: For Android devices, you will need to agree with the license agreement with Workday. After reading the license terms, tap “Agree” at the bottom of your device.

4. Tap the “gear” icon in the upper right corner to set up your App.

5. Enter settings in the Workday app by typing “magellanhealth” in the “Tenant” field and “https://wd5.myworkday.com” in the “Web Address” field.

6. Tap the back button on your mobile device to return to the App.

*Make sure “Proxy” is NOT selected

NOTE: You will only need to complete these steps one time. After that, signing in to the Workday App is all that’s required for future visits on the same mobile device.

7. To access the Workday App, tap the “Sign In” button.

8. The Magellan Workday Login page will display. Type “MBH\” followed by your Magellan LAN ID (e.g. MBH\TESTJM). Type your password.

9. Tap the “Sign In” button. You can now navigate the Workday system on Android and iOS.
