We’re looking for someone with: Initiative and capacity to work independently and as an effective team member Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively

communicate at all levels and with a diverse range of people Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, Mailchimp) An ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive

attitude working as a team Flexibility to assist at external events held by or attended by 2RPH A willingness to work outside of office hours as, and when, required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The overall purpose of the role is to provide high level administrative assistance to ensure the effective management of the day-to-day operations of 2RPH, its communication platforms and its volunteer Presenters. The position involves the effective co-ordination of office procedures, membership, newsletters and social media, and volunteers.

Essential Criteria:Skills and experience are required in the following key areas.

Manage and maintain filing systems; office machines, maintenance of workspace Maintain compliance will all station policies and procedures Ensure adequate information, training and instruction on WHS is maintained Liaise with providers of reading material and maintain reading material subscriptions Attend relevant meetings and record minutes Manage the control of stock including brochures, merchandise and stationery Oversee the general cleanliness of the station Reconcile the petty cash monthly Be responsible for the maintenance of all databases.

Communications: An ability to communicate with a wide range of volunteers and personalities Manage the creation of volunteer and member communications and an ability to

distribute electronically Source and generate images for promotional purposes and be responsible for all

procedures relating to acknowledgements, storage, labelling and permission to publish

Identify any technical difficulties and liaise with website service provider (key contact for fixes, updates, etc)

Generate social media, accessibility and usability of the website  Report on all site metrics and web traffic Maintain supply and good order of the promotional material e.g. brochures, banner,

flag etc Contribute to initiatives to increase public awareness of 2RPH Assist with special projects as required.

Volunteer management: Organise auditions and facilitate training for new volunteers Assist in the supervision and support of volunteers Coordinate studio bookings.
